PART 2! Did I live up to the hype?! 😳🤣

Walked into sales training a few minutes late and found out my coworkers had volunteered me to demonstrate a vehicle walkaround in front of everyone!

No script. No preparation. Just me, a 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie, and 12 years of automotive experience to lean on!

Here’s the second half of the walkaround, including the trainer’s feedback!

I’ve always believed that product knowledge is one of the most important parts of creating a great customer experience. It’s not just about knowing WHAT a vehicle has, but understanding WHY those features matter to the person buying it.

Now I’m curious… How did I do? And when was the last time a salesperson gave you a walkaround like this?

Talk about being PUT ON THE SPOT! 😂

I walked into our sales training a few minutes late, only to find out my entire team had told the trainer I was the best at vehicle walkarounds!

So guess who got volunteered to go first?! 🙋‍♂️

No preparation. No script. Just me, a 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie, and an audience of my coworkers!

I love knowing my product, but it’s a little different when everyone is watching! 🤣

PART 1 of 2!

How do you think I did? Would you want your salesperson to know this much about your vehicle?

THIS is what I love about selling cars! 😂

One minute we’re talking about exterior colors, the next we’re talking about HEMIs, Ralph Gilles, and the future of the automotive industry!

No script. No sales pitch. Just two car guys having a conversation.

I believe knowing your product is important, but being genuinely interested in the person sitting across from you is just as important.

I’m curious… do your conversations with your car salesperson ever sound like this?

THIS is what customer appreciation looks like! 📸👏

Today we brought the family out to Lyon Township for a family photo event hosted by @nickbastianelli and The Bastianelli Team!

Here’s what makes this so cool…

Nick invited his clients out for complimentary professional family photos, giving families an opportunity to capture some memories together, just in time for Christmas cards!

No sales pitch. No transaction. Just a genuine THANK YOU to the people who have supported his business.

I actually have the privilege of knowing Nick from both sides! I purchased a home through his team, and I’m also a licensed Michigan real estate agent working alongside them.

If you think I’m your guy for cars, Nick is absolutely my guy for houses! 🏡

I’ve always believed that the relationship shouldn’t end when the transaction is complete, and I love seeing other professionals put that same philosophy into practice.

Thank you, Nick, for putting together such a great event and giving our family another reason to spend some quality time together!

What’s the coolest thing a business has ever done to show YOU appreciation?

Sometimes you just need the RIGHT person! 💪

My client was referred to me after struggling to get the help he needed from another dealership.

He was looking for a VERY specific 2027 Chrysler Pacifica Limited that nobody seemed able to find.

Within ONE DAY, I located it, brought it in, and had it ready for delivery!

Now it’s 6:10 PM, we’re closed, and thanks to one of my wonderful drivers staying late, we’re headed 25 minutes away to deliver his new vehicle! 🚗💨

Sometimes the difference is simply finding someone willing to put in the effort.

And having a team willing to go the extra mile makes all the difference!

That’s what it means to Experience the Difference™.

Out with the old, in with the NEW! 🔥🛻

When you’re upgrading your truck, why not upgrade the experience too?!

We stepped this one up with RamBox storage, the multifunction tailgate, power running boards, a digital instrument cluster, head-up display, digital rearview mirror, 14-inch touchscreen, and even a digital key card!

Here’s the thing… it’s not always about getting a NEW truck. It’s about finding the RIGHT truck with the features that make your everyday life better!

That’s where knowing your product and understanding your customer’s needs makes all the difference.

What’s ONE feature your next truck absolutely HAS to have? 👇

POV: Your buddy sells cars and you need an upgrade! 😂

There are definitely some perks to having a friend in the car business! 🤝

My friend Christian already had a pretty nice RAM… but that doesn’t mean we couldn’t make it NICER! 😎

RamBox storage, multifunction tailgate, bigger screen, fewer miles… just a few little upgrades! 🤣

But here’s the REALLY good part!

We were able to get him out of his current lease BEFORE he went over his miles AND get him set up with the right amount of mileage for his newly married life! 🙌

A better-equipped truck, fewer miles, and a lease that actually fits his life moving forward!

Congratulations, brother! I appreciate you, your friendship, and your business! 🤝

And remember… you don’t have to know me for years to get treated like a friend!

Have we lowered the standard for what a test drive should actually look like? 🤔

Somewhere along the way, I think our industry got a little lazy.

I’ve seen salespeople who don’t want to go on test drives, don’t take the time to fully demonstrate the vehicle, or don’t see the value in explaining the product until there’s a legitimate buying opportunity.

But isn’t that part of our job?!

We’re supposed to be the product experts. We’re supposed to know what we’re selling and be able to demonstrate WHY someone might want to own it.

A test drive shouldn’t just be a lap around the block. It’s an opportunity to answer questions, demonstrate features, understand what matters to the customer, and build a relationship.

This is 2 minutes and 33 seconds of a real conversation during a vehicle demonstration. No script. No sales pitch. Just people learning about a vehicle and getting to know each other.

And here’s the thing… whether they buy today, next month, or never, they still deserve that experience.

Knowing your product shouldn’t be what sets you apart. It should be the standard.

What has YOUR experience been like on a test drive? Did your salesperson actually demonstrate the vehicle, or just hand you the keys?

500 miles of driving range on a 13.5-gallon tank?! 🤯

Come along for a REAL customer test drive in the all-new Jeep Cherokee Overland!

One of the biggest changes to the new Cherokee is its hybrid powertrain, delivering an estimated 39 MPG city, 35 MPG highway, and 37 MPG combined!

And the best part? No plugging it in! ⛽️🔋

I love these conversations because they’re the same questions so many people have when learning about hybrid vehicles.

Would fuel economy like this make you consider putting a Jeep Cherokee in your driveway?

Another 2027 Ram 1500 TRX has landed, and this one is looking MEAN! 🔥🐏

777 horsepower, beadlock-capable wheels, TRX graphics, hood decals, and the Bed Utility Group!

I don’t think I’m ever going to get tired of seeing these trucks show up! Especially with that SRT badge back where it belongs!

Now for the real question…

2027 RAM TRX or Ford Raptor R? 👀

Let me know which one you’re taking in the comments! 👇

FIRST LOOK: PURPLE HAZE! 💜🔥

I was walking out of our detail shop when this 2027 Dodge Charger Scat Pack caught my eye!

I wasn’t planning on filming anything, but there was NO WAY I was walking past this one without showing you!

The Purple Haze paint with that matte black hood, black glass roof, and all the carbon fiber accents… WHAT A COMBINATION! 🔥

Sometimes the best content is completely unplanned!

What do you think of this new color? Is Purple Haze a hit or a miss? 👀👇
