Happy National Gymnastics Day!! This sport has changed my life and I am so blessed for everything it has given me. It has taught me hard work, determination, discipline, leadership, and the list goes on and on. It has also given me some of my favorite people who I will cherish forever! Can’t wait for what’s the come! 🤸❤️💫

🫶🏽 beam 🤸‍♀️

•Aerial + 1.5 dismount (new!)
•Aerial + layout (my fave thing to do on beam!)
•Split 1/2 + split 1/2
•Switch + switch + back tuck (first day trying it… playing with new combos 🙃)

So sad summer is coming to an end…

Summer Workout Vids!☀️
✨Special Edition – June 15✨

Some clips from practice during the first two weeks of summer!

🤸‍♀️ Vault: Working on my Yurchenko ½, focusing on my hurdle, turning my round-off over, and keeping the correct head position.

🤸‍♀️ Bars: Bigger Jaeger, and connecting it to a bail, shoot-over handstand, free hip + blind (not posted yet!), full-in dismount work, and double layout drills.

🤸‍♀️ Beam: BHS + layout, aerial + scale, and just started working aerial + layout step-out! 🤩 so excited for that!
(Not filmed: split ½ + split ½, switch leap halves, aerial + full dismount, and 1½ dismount drills.)

🤸‍♀️ Floor: Rudi, front layout + front full, double tuck onto mats in the pit, back 1½ + layout, and working a front full out of it!

Lots of progress already this summer and plenty more to come! 💙
