What happened in Richards Bay this morning was something I don’t think I’ll ever forget. 🖤

What started as a simple idea became hundreds of people walking side by side, women, men, children, families, friends and strangers, all standing for the same thing:

Women deserve to feel safe.
Runners deserve to feel safe.
Our community deserves better.

Seeing Richards Bay show up like this gave me so much hope.

Thank you to every single person who came, shared, supported, walked, ran, brought their children, held a sign, stood quietly, spoke up, or simply chose to be there.

Today was proof that when a community comes together, people notice.

Change has to start somewhere.
Why not here?
Why not Richards Bay?

This is only the beginning. 🖤

What a night! 🍕🍷💗

Our Women’s Month Pizza & Wine Night was filled with laughs, games, good food and even better company.

It was so special seeing our ladies relax, connect, meet some of the newer faces and just enjoy being together outside of training.

This is what Fitness Lab is about — strong women, great friendships and a community that keeps growing.

Thank you to every lady who joined us and made the evening so much fun. We definitely need to do this again! 💙

We tried the Flip It for Hlala challenge… in true Succi & Mel style 😂

There were bottle flips, way too much laughing, a few bloopers, me being loud, and Succi very much saying “hell no” at least once.
