Remember, remember November? There was literally so much in this month - including doing ALL the photos for so many gigs (see them at @tab.shoots ), my best friend opening her own restaurant which I’ve spent most of time at 🤪 still so so proud of @mushyymorgan 💜 got to photograph my lovely dear friend @georgiamatthews_ home wedding ceremony 🥹 aaaand lots of dancing, drinking (shock) and making memories, this year really is shaping up to be one of the best 🫶

Late September Recap 🥂 watched my brother become a husband, marry his best friend and be Best Man, we absolutely rocked those suits 😎 watched the The Plot In You, Ocean Alley (again!!) and Northlane, swam under a waterfall and moved into a new place! 🏡

Thank you to all who reached out, helped, wanted to help with the move. Surrounded by the best! Finally feeling settled and so excited to make all the memories 🥂

This is the photo that triggered Lauren to send me a DM asking for help.

No matter what diet she tried, she was stuck in a cycle of failure and bad habits

She’s worked so hard for this. For so long. I’m so proud of her.

I have many clients just like Lauren, who have been through the process of dieting. The process of losing the same couple of pounds over and over.

For them, the journey of losing a life changing amount of weight is harder than it is for others. It takes longer, feels harder, and it is fraught with challenges they never expected.

It's never as simple as: 'eating less and moving more'

If they have the right person in their corner, though, they WILL get there.

Lauren did 🚀

I'm very grateful to have played a role in her journey to date.

Will you help me celebrate this awesome mum's incredible consistency and tenacity, resulting in her slipping into the little black dress in time for Christmas?

I think she’s earned it.

I’ll shut up and let Lauren take over now 😉

Comment: FULL STORY below, and I'll hook you up with her full testimonial 🚀
