Our youngest, Cristiano Seba Calabrese doing what he loves most!

Practicing the martial arts, and any form of self defense is beneficial beyond words not only towards our physical and mental abilities BUT and our SOCIAL abilities as well.

Learning in a team setting the right way with a mutual respect for your teacher, class and setting goes a tremendously long way. Especially when it’s practiced at an early age.

I always felt learning these things later in life makes us realize how much we all actually missed out on.

Think about how much of a benefit our society as a whole would gain if it was a prerequisite to implement a form of fitness and nutrition into our daily lives.

I live by these codes to the best of my abilities ,as does our entire family and I promise you it creates for a happier, more organized and overall better life.
