Welcoming Taitum Floyd to Elliman Houston ⭐

As a Houston native, Taitum brings a thoughtful, relationship driven approach to real estate, grounded in a genuine interest in people, homes, and the way the two come together. She believes the best client relationships are built on trust, communication, and taking the time to truly understand what matters to someone - not just in a home, but in the life they hope to create there.

Before real estate, Taitum worked in interior design, an experience that shaped her eye for thoughtful spaces and her appreciation for homes with character. Her knowledge of Houston and love for the city allow her to help clients navigate a range of neighborhoods and find the places that best fit their lifestyle and priorities.

Whether helping someone buy, sell, or navigate a new chapter, her goal is to make the experience feel personal, informed, and well supported from beginning to end.
