UPDATE AFTER VETS:
I took our little Snoopy to his vets today for a reassessment. I was advised to do this by the lady i spoke to at Animal Trust. Snoopy has been showing some signs of improvement since Monday but i'm no vet so an expert examination was needed.
He did a full examination of our little boy, on the table, and watched him walk on the floor. The vet was pretty amazed by what he saw. He tested all the way down Snoopys spine, tested his neck, and did the IVDD tests again. When he turned Snoopy snoops back paws over, he turned them back over himself. In Thursdays examination he never attempted to turn them back over. He just stood there on the tops of his back paws, swaying about, like he was drunk. The vet said that putting Snoop on immediate and total crate rest made a massive difference to his condition.
He said he is far from out of the woods and could move awkwardly, just once, and be back at square one... or worse. He has suspended his need for a MRI scan, for the moment, due to him showing good signs of recovery. Snoop is still wobbly but not a half as bad as he was only a few days ago and is starting to get a little feeling back in his legs.
There is a long road ahead for little Snoopy Snoop, with many weeks of total crate rest left to go, but he has started very positively and will hopefully go on to make a full recovery without any relapse.

UPDATE:
I phoned the Animal Trust tonight to see if i should give Snoopy his breakfast in the morning. His appointment is for 12:20 and if he were to have the MRI, you can't feed them beforehand. I was told that they don't do MRI scans on site and the company who does them comes and picks the doggos up and takes them for the scan. I enquired as to the cost again and was informed that they cost £1500. The price i was told before was for a CT scan, not an MRI. It turns out it's the same price as at our own vets which is 5 minutes drive away, not an hour and a half like Animal trust. It's not worth the hassle of taking Snoopy all that way. Feeling absolutely gutted to be honest and so glad i decided to phone up. If not i would have taken him all that way tomorrow for absolutely nothing. Also is was just a consultation and would have had to wait for a referal to have the MRI. I explained to them how Snoopy had improved and was advised to make an appointment at our own vet to have Snoop reassessed. She believes that putting him on total crate rest, immediately, has really helped him. Snoopy is now booked in to his own vet tomorrow morning at 11:30 for his reassessment. If Snoopys vet advises an MRI he will have one ASAP. This is only possible thanks to all the amazing people here on instagram who have donated their talents, their time and their money, to help us make Snoopy better. UPDATE on Snoopy.
I phoned the Animal trust this morning, who are a non profit veterinary surgery (luckily only an hour away by car) and Snoopy has an appointment with them on Wednesday afternoon!
They are cheaper than standard veterinary practices and don't even charge a consultation fee!
It is a huge relief to get him in there and get the ball rolling.

We only found out about them yesterday and have an appointment already!
As for Snoopy himself.....
He is comfy, and warm and is on total crate rest. He is eating well, drinking well, and goin to the toilet well, and isn't in pain.
This morning, when i took him outside for a poop and a pee, he had both and his drunken back legs had reduced and he almost walked steadily. Hopefully the total crate rest is playing a part in this. He also shook for the first time in 5 days!
Someone came to the door this morning and he barked like a lunatic and made the most noise out of all 4 of them!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped us over the last week and made this possible. We are overwhelmed by the kindness and love for Snoopy on here. To everyone who has donated, sent messages of support, shared his posts, offered advice, organised the fund raising events and pages and everything else inbetween, we truly thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
