Happy 13th Birthday, My Baby Girl! 💕🎉

Today, my baby girl turns 13! 🥹❤️ I honestly don’t know where the time went. It feels like just yesterday I was holding my little girl in my arms, and now I’m watching you become this beautiful, smart, loving, and amazing young lady.

Kennedy, I want you to know how incredibly proud I am of you. Watching you grow, discover who you are, chase your dreams, and become your own person has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You will always be my baby girl, no matter how old you get. ❤️

As you enter your teenage years, I pray that you always know your worth, never be afraid to be yourself, and always remember how deeply you are loved. Continue to dream big, work hard, keep God at the center of your life, and never let anyone make you feel like you aren’t enough. You have so much greatness ahead of you!

I pray this new chapter brings you happiness, growth, beautiful memories, and experiences that remind you just how special you are. Daddy will always be here to love you, protect you, encourage you, embarrass you a little 😂, and remind you that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

And because I know you have plenty of family and friends who love you and may want to help you celebrate, if anyone would like to bless my birthday girl with a little birthday love, you can send it to her:

💵 Cash App: $kenariousgates
💚 Venmo: @kenarious-gates

Help me show my baby girl some 13th birthday love! 🥳🎁💕

Happy Birthday, Kennedy! Daddy loves you! ❤️🎂🎉

Legacy Fest 2026 🌱

What you’re seeing is the beginning of something bigger than a festival.

These moments captured the excitement leading into the inaugural Legacy Fest Juneteenth Celebration in Greenville, Georgia. Vendors were set, smiles were everywhere, and the community was ready. While the weather ultimately forced us to end the event early, I don’t see the rain as what stopped us.

I see it as what watered the seed.

Legacy Fest was never just about one day. It was created to honor the meaning of Juneteenth—celebrating freedom, opportunity, legacy, and the responsibility to leave our communities better than we found them. The rain didn’t wash away the vision. It nurtured it.

Even with the unexpected ending, we were still able to plant another seed by donating $350 to the Greenville Recreation Department, small investment that we hope grows into greater opportunities for our youth and our community.

This is only the foundation. Together, we’re rebuilding tradition, celebrating our history, honoring those who came before us, and creating something that generations after us can be proud of.

To every sponsor, vendor, volunteer, performer, donor, and supporter. Thank you for believing in the vision before you could fully see it. Your support proved that Greenville is ready for something special.

The rain wasn’t the end of Legacy Fest.

It was the beginning.

We’ll see you next year. Bigger. Stronger. Together. @camarkelle 🎥

✨ What a season. What a community. What a gift. ✨

As we look back on our 2025 season at Wire Park, our hearts are so full. This year was made possible by the incredible vendors, farmers, artisans, families, and friends who showed up week after week — rain or shine — and poured love into this market.

From little hands meeting baby goats for the first time, to kids laughing and learning where their food comes from… from handmade treasures and farm-fresh goodness to the beautiful conversations and familiar faces — these are the moments that matter most.

We are beyond grateful to everyone who supported, shopped local, shared smiles, and helped create the welcoming, joyful vibes that make Oconee Farmers Market so special. It truly takes a village, and we are honored to be part of yours.

Thank you for an unforgettable season at Wire Park 🤍
Here’s to resting, dreaming, and coming back even stronger for an amazing 2026 season 🌱✨

With so much gratitude,
Oconee Farmers Market 💚
