We put this together within 20 ish minutes and half an hour later us performing with @sugarfishh (is) on fire. Imagine what we could do within a solid day. Part 2 on its way

No matter how life comes at you, there’s always something worth looking forward to.

A new day
A new opportunity
A good friend
A shared laugh
A moment like this

Don’t be afraid to lean on the people who genuinely care about you. We weren’t meant to do life alone.

If I can lift someone a little higher today, then today was a good day.

Who thought this was a good idea?!

I tried convincing my contortionist friend @ellieatlas that deadlifts are fun… and she was like yeh I don’t think so but how about a handstand? 💀

Turns out strength and flexibility are two completely different worlds, and we got humbled.

What should we make each other do next?

@psyhibit - thank you for hosting such an epic adventure for us all ! Bravo! 👏

I had the honour of orchestrating this live demonstration of art in the making. Guiding the way- with neon colours and psychedelic influence- we journeyed the canvas into some pretty epic places. I adored everyone who came up and shared with me some of their insights~ I also loved working with folks to brave their marks on the piece- we truly do build this world together and I adore your bravery to contribute in any shape or form you felt called to do- painting with you is my joy- we, are all a piece of this life’s mysterious puzzle.. and creativity seems to keep it all together- with love-

please drop a - 🍄 ❤️ - and your name below if you added some of your flare to the piece so I may tag you properly !

Until next time 💃🏽
