Here’s what the studies show:

✨Employees who feel respected by their managers and peers are more engaged, motivated, and productive.

✨Employees who receive regular recognition and praise are more productive, engaged, and loyal to their company.

✨Liking others, and being liked in return, creates a positive feedback loop that promotes teamwork and job satisfaction.

All of which results in higher overall team performance.

Ready to love coming to work behind the chair? Give us a follow and maybe even a DM ;)

We're tired of watching the world spin uncontrollably in weird directions.

We want to create intentional space for our clients and their beauty ritual.

If you are tired of running around 💨 like a crazy lady and want to feel renewed and pampered - then our Coven may be where it's at.

We offer package based pricing which is clear what you get, what you'll pay, and what you'll experience.

It's only been 4 weeks since we've opened our doors in Midtown Sacramento but we're no where NEAR finished with the curation of our enchanting experiences.

Twice a month we offer Moon Phase Experiences, that incorporate moon specific elements.

But on the daily, we're here to help you feel more centered, grounded, and like the beautiful soul you are.

Experiences starting from $111

Look, there isn't much to celebrate in our nation.

But I'll be damned if I'm gonna let that 💩 ruin the amazing community that supports the Queerdos at my salon, Obsidian Hair Studio.

We love bringing your fun color, great haircuts, and an amazing inclusive environment for everyone to get their hair feeling fine.
