After all the ups and downs, I’m proud to share that I have been appointed as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Tripura Men’s U23 Team for the BCCI Domestic Season 2026–2027. 🏏

From being confused about my own path to finding my purpose in life and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science to seeking mentorship, working overtime, and putting in countless hours of hard work, every step has shaped the person i am today. The road hasn’t been easy, but the passion to make it into the cricket ecosystem kept me going.

I’m truly grateful to everyone who believed in my work, appreciated my efforts, guided me, and supported me along the way. Every bit of encouragement has meant a lot.

This is not just an achievement; it’s the result of years of dedication, sacrifices and countless compromises—including giving up a significant part of my social life to stay committed to my goals. Every sacrifice has been a part of this journey, and today, it all feels worth it.
I’m grateful for how far I’ve come, proud of the journey, and ready to embrace the responsibilities and challenges that comes up.

Most coaches jump straight to drills for power — that’s why you see the same plyos and Olympic lifts everywhere.

👉 The missing step comes before drill selection, and it changes everything.

At F.E.T™ Level 2, we teach this link — because real coaching is programming with intent.
