The kind of weekend that actually recharges you.

Two double beds. Two bunk beds. Bring the group, bring your partner, bring the family. There’s room for all of it!

Found a new favorite hideout in the hills of Donegal.

There’s something different about a place with a century of history in its walls. @suitorcottage is a 120-year-old gem that’s been restored the right way—retaining that rugged, traditional character without losing the comfort you need after a day out in the elements.

If you’re looking for a spot to unplug, reset, and experience the best of the Northwest, this is it.

🎁 GIVEAWAY ALERT
I’ve teamed up with the owners to give away a full weekend stay at this incredible cottage.

Keep a close eye on this page over the next few days for the entry details.
You won’t want to miss this one.

I absolutely loved my wkend away, blow off the cobwebs, forget about life. Weather was not the best but it made it if that makes sense. Everything was put on, from Information to the turf for the fire. This wee place is absolutely amazing, you need a long wkend to really enjoy its full potential and enjoy everything that is around it. Scenery un real, pub 100 yards away and yes Guinness is 👌. Thanks chris and the blade ❤️

@suitorcottage - the perfect place to switch off and relax. This was actually October 2025, when I was having a little break from social media.

We had such a lovely weekend in beautiful Downings in Co Donegal, Chris and Nichola Suitor have created a beautiful home-from-home. It really has it all - the views, the beaches, the great pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, the scenic drives along the Wild Atlantic Way, and a turf fire to chill beside in the evening. The best wee weekend away.

Happy New Year! Xx
