Sooo great to hang out with this legend over JAS weekend! So many years of friendship and still so much laughter! Bit of Lenny Kravitz and Luke Combs thrown in.

Lately, it feels like half the fitness industry is busy “calling out” the other half. Sure, there’s a lot of bad advice out there… but when did fixing the problem get replaced by putting on a show?

Instead of swinging the hammer for likes, maybe we should shine the light on those who’ve earned the right to influence — the coaches, researchers, and practitioners with decades of results to back their methods.

Let’s raise the bar by celebrating the giants who’ve moved us forward, not just tearing down the noise.

Do you agree?

Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Did you know warthogs eat on their knees? The village tour touched our hearts the most. Mr Monkey and family were so kind to open their home to us, tell us their stories and explain the culture. I’m forever touched. Elephant encounters, boma dinners with incredible singing and dancing, fortunes told and faces painted. And yes, yes, we eat the worm. The Mopane worm is a delicacy and packed with protein! #zimbabwe🇿🇼 #village #mopaneworms #elephantencounter #boma

Kruger National Park 🇿🇦
Magic!!! All of the BIG 5 (elephant, lion, leopard, rhino and water buffalo) plus so many others of Gods creations. The rare and elusive wild african dogs, seeing both black and white rhinos together, the pride of lions, mom and son leopards, all the giraffes, zebras, hyenas, kudu, birds and beast. I am still amazed!!!#krugarnationalpark #kruger #big5 #lion #rhino #hippo #elephant #leopard #waterbaffalo #giraffe #zebra

Cape Town, South Africa 🇿🇦 part 2
Hiked the Cape of Good Hope, played with the penguins, baboons, llamas (in red pajamas) beaches with colorful huts and had wine tastings at 10:30 am (naturally) #southafrica🇿🇦 #capetown #capeofgoodhope #wine #winerasting #beaches #colorfulhuts #penguins

I wrote this for @sukistar78, Milwaukee Bucks Head of Strength and Conditioning, and the workout machine she designed which some players dubbed Optimus Prime. @bucks Thanks to Sport Literate for publishing it!!

A huge shift over a decade ago in how we viewed, assessed and trained change of direction! Still seeing mix messages and confusion from coaches around training AGILITY vs Change of Direction!

Wow. Our Olympic journey has been over for a few days, and still feels like an absolute blur. From the qualifying games in Athens, the games in Lille, and finally Paris, it was an incredible and unforgettable adventure. Charlo and I got to attend a workout and we even made it on the Jumbotron! I’m so proud of Tommy for being the incredible man he is to earn the opportunity to be part of it all, and it means so much that he chose to include us. I’m also grateful to the “village” who helped with (or at least was patient with) the Big Bad Wolf! Seeing Tommy follow the Greek basketball team down the ramp at the Olympic Games was indescribable. I can’t wait to see where our journey takes us next! 🇬🇷 🧿
