first off, i want to thank each and every person who has accepted me into this group. when i first got in the van for this trip, i was only good friends with 2 or 3 people. by the end of this trip, i have became closer with over 40 people. every single person who i interacted with i am so grateful for. secondly, i want to thank God for leading me onto this path. there was a reason i was brought all the way here onto this trip. i managed to make myself the most vulnerable i have ever felt in order to spread my story and emotions with people. i have never felt so connected with people in my life. thirdly, i want to thank our youth group leader, Boo. he is the one who created the spark in my heart and mind to grow my faith with God. i don't know what i would be doing if i never talked to him that sunday night. he has seen me in both my light and my darkness, and has been with me through it all. once again, i am so thankful for every person and relationship i have built on this trip. thank you God.
