SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY DID NOT COME TO PLAY‼️🔥🔥

Man… this one meant a little MORE.

Before the contracts, before Shark Tank, before traveling around the country doing JiggAerobics… Southern University is where it all started. I was right here doing FREE classes for students, just trying to get people moving and believing in what JiggAerobics could become.

Now to come back YEARS LATER and get BOOKED to bring that same energy back to the place where it started?! FULL CIRCLE MOMENT! 🙏🏾🗣️🗣️

Major love to the Men’s Federation and AWS Organization for bringing us in and trusting JiggAerobics to create an EXPERIENCE for the students! Y’all showed OUT! 🔥🔥🔥

Southern will ALWAYS be special to me because these grounds helped build the foundation for everything you see today.

From FREE classes on campus ➡️ to getting BOOKED to come back.

KEEP GOING. You never know what those small beginnings are preparing you for. 💙💛

Wake Up & SPREAD | L O V E! ❤️

Can’t even begin to express how powerful of a night we had at the Man Cave with SU Men’s Fed! Iron truly sharpens Iron and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to spend meaningful time with these young kings. We locked in. Nobody looking through their phones or anything like that. Looking forward to continuing to build with y’all. Special thanks to my neo @ddharmm_ for doing an excellent job facilitating the conversation.

As advisor to @sumensfed, I am proud of our first installment of Sons of Southern - an initiative rooted in mentorship, leadership, retention, and the intentional development of male students through the shared experience and example of Southern alumni.

As we continue confronting the national decline in male college enrollment, this work is about more than recruitment, it’s about building community, strengthening belonging, and developing the next generation of leaders brick by brick.

The Boys II Men Conference served as a powerful introduction to that vision — creating space for honest dialogue, mentorship, exposure, and brotherhood among current and future Jaguars.

This is only the beginning.

I’m So Glad because when we intentionally pour into our young men, we strengthen the future of the Alumni Federation.

Consider programs like Sons of Southern as you cast your ballot. Your thoughtful consideration for Christopher Levy as 3rd Vice President is appreciated.
