In the last part of this 3 part series, I want to highlight that this cake was not only interractive but also had an optical illusion!

When designing this architectural replica of @vikaskhannagroup iconic restaurant @bungalowny , I didn’t just want it to look like the facade, I wanted it to come alive. That’s why we built functional, miniature stone water basins where Chef Vikas could personally place fresh flowers, turning the cake into his everyday ritual and an interactive art piece!

From hand-sculpting the intricate peacock panel to meticulously recreating that stunning glass ceiling that Chef Vikas instantly fell in love with, every single millimeter of this custom cake was built with pure passion.

Tell me in the comments: What was your favorite micro-detail on this build?

@leaptoshine hosted an inspiring fundraising event dedicated to providing digital and educational resources to underserved communities in India. This cause is especially important in today's increasingly digital world

The guest of honor at the event was Chef Vikas Khanna @vikaskhannagroup for whom I had the incredible opportunity ta create a @bungalowny -themed cake! I knew that while he was visiting Atlanta, I wanted to bring his beloved Bungalow to him.

Although I've never been to Bungalow myself, I researched everv detail to recreate it on the cake- from the front doors to the overhead view of the veranda and his glass ceiling. I spent countless hours bringing this vision to life, trying make it a memorable experience for him.

But nothing could prepare me for this moment when a culinary icon and Michelin-starred master like Chef Vikas Khanna doesn't iust look at a custom cake, but pauses, notices every hidden design element, and pulls out his own phone to record it... time literally stops. A moment I will carry with me forever.
