Rokstars,

It is bittersweet to share that our incredible Lead Instructor, Summer, is off to San Diego for an exciting new career endeavor.

Summer has been such a special part of BODYROK South Bay, bringing strength, positivity, leadership, and so much love into the studio every single day. We are beyond proud of everything she has accomplished and so grateful for the impact she has made on our team and community.

Please join us in celebrating Summer and thanking her for all she has given to BODYROK South Bay. You can catch her last class this Wednesday in Los Gatos.

Summer, we will miss you dearly. San Diego is so lucky to have you, and we cannot wait to watch you shine in this next chapter.

Today is my gotcha day ❤️⭐️
7 years ago everything changed. From a crate life to the great life…. full of trips to the cabin, backpacking, Home Depot runs, dog park days, millions of walks, bike rides, and an endless amount of love.
Forever grateful for my family who rescued me and let me live free every day 🐾✨ (ps this is why I love Christmas 🎄)
