@panapalooza_festival on SUNDAY JUNE 14
✨You can also catch me DJing at 10:30PM Saturday night! I'm excited to do another weekend of #SILENCEANDNOISE sharing both my lifelong love and passion for electronic music as well as my lifelong Buddhist meditation practices. It's an honor to share what for me are a combined lifeblood, neither of which I could live without.
Quiet the mind, open the heart, and free your inner dancer.
Life this way thrives ✨❤️🪩☸️🪷💃🥰

Healing myself with food feels like one of the best things i can do right now to contribute to the greater healing of the world… anything we might do contributes to the whole for we are one organism. no separation. any bit of healing of anyone or any creature heals the whole. this simple mindful focus this morning reminds me.

🌱❤️🍴

egg noodles tossed with mirin and soy garlic and chilli spinach peas and black kale… topped with avocado and sesame seeds.

we are what we consume be it with our mouths eyes, ears, or minds. may we consume more hat heals, what opens and what connects us and may we do what we can however simple each moment or however grand, but do it with intention. the intention is the creator, not the thing, the gesture, the food, or the word.

May I heal. May you heal. May our enemies heal equally alongside our friends for there are no two sides. There is only our one healing. May we see it, live it, create it. That is my intention today in this bowl.

So much love 🫶 🌎

THANK YOU to everyone who came to our inaugural popup with @summerforestforhumanity selling our collaboration of embroidered jumpsuits!

We featured our individual collections as well and had so much fun seeing friends try them on & bring them home. It gives me so much joy seeing special clothing find their special humans 💝

If you didn’t make it and want to book a fitting sesh, DM us! We will also be planning more of these :) Stay tuned!

And be sure to follow @designedbycaia and @summerforestforhumanity !

Playground approved! I’m a mom, I have two toddlers (different ages) under age 3. One in diapers, one potty training. I work full-time. I am TIRED. My brilliant friend made the softest sustainable jumpsuit of my dreams so I can quickly get dressed in the hustle of the morning routine, look presentable at the preschool drop off, teacher meeting and then straight into a day of Zoom meetings and three monthly presentations. It’s also already blazing hot here in LA. I look good, feel good, and can nap in this and keep going. This MARTHA jumpsuit from @summerforestforhumanity is the BEST and you need one. Yes I tied the strap with a windsor knot. #sustainablefashion #jumpsuit #momlife #ethicalfashion #summerforestforhumanity #thriftieonassis
