Prayers up for our brother Rie'. ⁣
⁣
As reported by New York Post - Kyrie Irving went down with a right ankle sprain during Sunday’s Eastern Conference semifinal Game 4.⁣
⁣
Irving left midway through the second quarter against the Bucks and was ruled out for the rest of the game. The Nets ended up losing 107-96 and find the series even at 2-2.⁣
⁣
The All-Star guard went up for a layup with 6:04 left in the second quarter, and landed awkwardly on the foot of Milwaukee forward Giannis Antetokounmpo.⁣
⁣
It was debatable whether Antetokounmpo, the two-time NBA MVP, gave Irving sufficient room to land — no foul was called.⁣
⁣
What’s obvious is that Irving twisted his ankle and immediately went down in severe discomfort. Play continued for 12 seconds before being halted.⁣

23 year Old Jamie Versus Now in My 30s.⁣

3 🔑🔑🔑I’ve Learned over The Years.

1st 🔑 Know your Why??? Know why you want to be Fit, Why you want to Accomplish Certain Goals, Make your Why Bigger Then You. Maybe living for your kids can be enough for your why!

2nd 🔑 Include Working out & Staying Active Apart of your Weekly schedule, Because once you miss 1 week, then you’ll miss 2 weeks, before you know it, Just Like that, You have missed 6 months. So make sure you add it to the schedule. It’s a must.

3rd 🔑 Get Better With Time. Just because your getting older, that doesn’t mean you stopping going hard. in fact, The older you become it’s a Responsibility to make a healthy lifestyle a Priority for your life. Plus when you look better, you feel better. So Remember that the next time you start to become unmotivated!!
