We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 Headwaters Restoration Workshop! It’s always a joy to connect with and learn alongside our partners and community members.

To find creative solutions to the unique challenges that restoration practitioners, landowners, and ranchers face in the West, it’ll take our entire community. These workshops always leave us feeling even more inspired and hopeful for a future where humans and wildlife thrive together.

This event was made possible through funding from @utahdeq’s Utah’s Nonpoint Source Management Program and the collaboration of partners at @utagandfood, @utahdeq’s Division of Water Quality, @utahdwr, @beaverbunkhouse, @argyle_acres and the Blonquist family at G&E Ranch.

We’re also grateful to our tabling partners at @wesaveland, @summitcountyut, @usfws, @usuextension, @utahtroutunlimited and @utpollinatorhabitatprogram.

Video by the talented @chrismorganutah - thank you, Chris!

Progress at the pool. 👏

From everything we’re seeing, UOP is getting after it and the maintenance work is well underway.

It’s great to see the work happening and the commitments for next summer turning into progress on the ground.

There’s still plenty to accomplish, but we’re excited to see it underway and we’ll be cheering UOP on every step of the way toward having the water ramps ready to open on time for the start of the 2027 summer season.

Keep it going, UOP. We can’t wait to see these kids back on the water. 💙

🐾💜 Jessie and his handler, Rina, were honored to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Summit Wasatch County event! 💜🐾

This event holds a special place in Jessie and Rina’s hearts, as they have personally been affected by Alzheimer’s through the loss of a beloved family member. 💜 Their experience makes this cause even more meaningful as they joined others in raising awareness and showing support for families affected by this heartbreaking disease.

Together, we walk, remember, support, and hope for a future without Alzheimer’s. 💜🐾

Tuesday night 9/15 at 10:30 pm and this is where we are at. Getting close, but we still need YOU😄

Numbers by projects designate how many more people the project still needs. @youthunitedutah needs 8, @pctots needs 9 more volunteers, CJC 5- those are out of 10 people. Projects with big numbers like @parkcityski and @recycleutah , Rasmussen Road and Ross Creek Cleanup can handle many more volunteers. The Silver Creek Cleanup , the creek that goes through City Park, needs 52 and you’ll be working with some of our firemen. If you’re a single volunteer or a big group- we need you!

Signup on JustServe.org/ServeParkCity and if you’re having a hard time- email us at serveparkcity.org and tell us your name, how many people you have and we will help get you signed up.

Thank you for wanting to be a part of this community wide Day of Service! 🙌☀️❤️🤍💙#buildingcommunitythroughservice
