If you met Jack in one of our last reels, here’s a little more of what he’s been working toward 💙

All that practice paid off at the Summit DanceSport Championship, where Jack took 1st in all his single dances, won the Junior 2 Smooth and Rhythm Multi-Dances, became the J2 6-Dance Champion, and won both of his Scholarship Events✨🏆

From practice to competition, it’s pretty special watching all that hard work come together on the dance floor. So proud of you, Jack 👏🏼

What is your favorite small moment in life?

The one that lights up your face or brings a rush of excitement to your heart. These moments can be fleeting, and sometimes we take them for granted. When one finds you, pause, take it in, and let yourself linger a little longer. ❤️

🌲✨ Part 2: Straight from the airport to Summit Dancesport floor! 💃🕺🏆

Picking up right where our Hawai‘i trip left off—we landed back in Seattle that morning and headed straight to @summitdancesport that very afternoon! ✈️🧳

Jack stepped out and had an incredible performance that made the whole rush back more than worth it. 🔥👏 From the tropical breezes of the Hawai‘i Star Ball with Barbie and Brenda to the energy in the ballroom here at home with Jack, coupled with sunset cruises, bowling, dinners, and walks around town, this past week and weekend was one for the books. 🌅🎳🥂

We couldn’t ask for a better dance Society. Stay tuned over the next few days as we spotlight Barbie, Brenda, and Jack individually to celebrate all of their amazing accomplishments! ❤️✨

After a very busy few weeks of teaching, studio events, and fitting practices wherever we could, it was wonderful to travel to Summit DanceSport. We were incredibly blessed to place 1st in both the Rising Star and Open Professional divisions!

Beyond the results, we loved connecting with new friends on the floor as this was our first competition traveling outside of California so far. It was especially meaningful for Melinda to have family there as spectators for the very first time!

Thank you to the organizers Richard Booth, Jennifer Booth, and Dan Messenger for hosting a lovely event! @thedansir23 @rlboothco
