𝕊𝕒𝕧𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕒𝕘𝕦𝕒𝕣𝕠𝕤! 🌵💚 Join our buffelgrass removal project in Saguaro National Park (in Tucson, AZ) this fall! We'll spend the week of November 2nd - 8th continuing our work of removing non-native, invasive buffelgrass from the Park.

This invasive plant fills in the open spaces in the Sonoran Desert, crowding out native plants and competing for nutrients, water, and sunshine, and is a huge wildfire risk. Wilderness Volunteer groups have contributed to this management challenge since 2017.

This is a front country project: we will be dispersed tent camping.

Sign up today at wildernessvolunteers.org - or click the link in our bio!

Huge thanks to @summithuttucson and @lowaboots for choosing Camp Cooper as the June recipient of Summit Hut’s days of giving program! 🥾🌿

Their generous $500+ donation will directly support our educational programs, helping make meaningful outdoor moments possible.

Summit Hut has been a longtime supporter of our mission to connect kids with the Sonoran Desert, and we’re so grateful for their continued generosity. If you’re gearing up for your next outdoor adventure, we can’t recommend them enough—they’re the best local spot for all things hiking, camping and exploring! 🏕️💚

Let’s paint together! I’m hosting an Adventure Painting Workshop at @summithuttucson this Sunday July 13, 11am-1pm.

No previous experience necessary. Just bring yourself or a friend and everything else will be provided!

Cost is $55 per person. This workshop is limited to 10 people so there will be plenty of 1-on-1 time with me. Sign up at www.brushesandboots.com
