Did you know that in the norwegian mountains there is a place for feats of streght called Fefor! Every summer people from all over the world gather there to lift rocks and test both strength and skill in strongman, highland games, armwrestling, grip sports and more.

Book your room at Fefor høyfjellshotel from 3-12. July and head over to www.feforpowerweek.com and see if there is something you want to participate in, or watch this summer!

I'll be there and lift rocks in one of the competitions with my son! Are you joining us for the time of your life this summer?

After nearly 5 months of my back and kidneys trying to kill me, I can finally squat with my friends again.

215/235, slowly working back up to my old numbers. Still a long way to go, but just happy to be here.

I couldnt have done this without the help of @summitperformancetherapy and cant recommend them highly enough.

250 to a shoulder saver (25lb post surgery pr) in two weeks (5 months post op) I’m allowed to go to my chest full range. Going to attempt to hit the same weight and if it feels okay would like to hit 275, my goal at 6 months is 315 to the chest. And at 8-9 months 405
