I didn’t start with everything figured out. I started with a vision, a passion for fitness, and the willingness to put in the work when nobody was watching. Building a business from nothing isn’t easy. There are sacrifices, setbacks, long days, and moments when you question yourself. But every challenge teaches you something, and every small win brings you one step closer to the vision. My mission is bigger than just fitness. It’s about helping people become stronger physically and mentally through strength and conditioning, boxing, mobility, nutrition, recovery.
I’m building something that represents discipline, resilience, hard work, and personal growth. I’m not waiting for the perfect opportunity. I’m creating one.

BUILDING POWER FROM THE GROUND UP 💥

This isn’t just about moving fast or lifting weight. Every movement has a purpose.

This training sequence is designed to develop the physical qualities that transfer directly into boxing and athletic performance:

Rate of Force Development — producing force quickly so you can become more explosive.

Lower-Body Power — generating force through the feet, ankles, knees and hips. Your punches start from the ground, not your hands.

Rotational Power — teaching the hips and trunk to rotate explosively while transferring force into the upper body.

Core Force Transfer — creating a strong connection between the lower and upper body so less energy is lost during explosive movements.

Lateral Power & Control — improving the ability to push, redirect, decelerate and explode in different directions.

Hip-to-Shoulder Separation — developing the rotational sequencing needed to create more torque and power.

For everyday life, we train rotation so the body can move efficiently, control motion, and handle the demands outside the gym. Don’t just train muscles. Train movement. 🧠💪🥊

You don’t have to “get in shape” before you start taking care of your body.

One of the most common things I hear is, “I want to start exercising first, then I’ll come see you.”

The problem? A lot of people aren’t sure where to start, what their body actually needs, or what type of training is the right fit.

That’s one of the reasons I love being located inside Summit Strong.

We can start by taking a detailed look at how your body moves, where you may be limited, and what could be holding you back. Then, when you’re ready to build strength and get more active, there’s an entire team of personal trainers right here with different specialties and approaches.

Chiropractic care and strength training don’t have to be an either/or.

Sometimes the best place to start is simply figuring out what your body needs.

DM us “START” if you’ve been wanting to take better care of your body but aren’t sure where to begin.

The 7 Fundamental Movements series continues. 💪

Movement #1: The Squat.

You probably squat every single day without even realizing it.
🪑 Sitting in a chair.
🚽 Using the bathroom.
📦 Picking something up off the floor.
🚗 Getting in and out of the car.

Because it’s one of the most common movements we perform, it’s also one of the first things we assess during a Discovery Exam.

A squat gives us valuable information about how your ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, rib cage, and spine are working together. It helps us identify where your body moves well and where it may be compensating.

Whether your goal is to squat deeper, move with less pain, stay active with your family, or simply feel more confident in your body, it all starts with understanding how you move.

We meet you where you’re at and build a plan based on your goals, not someone else’s.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll continue breaking down the 7 Fundamental Movements and why they matter for everyday life.

💬 Which movement should we cover next?

Low back pain doesn’t always go away with rest.

Sometimes the issue isn’t that your back needs more time. Sometimes it’s that a nerve is being irritated or compressed, making it difficult for your body to move and function the way it should.

If you’ve been waiting for your back pain to “just go away” and it keeps coming back, it may be time to look deeper than the symptoms.

At Champagne Chiropractic, we start with a thorough evaluation to understand what’s actually contributing to your pain so we can create a plan specific to you.

Unfortunately we won’t be snapping necks like @drsolomonchampagne but you’ll be leaving the workshop feeling just as good (but damn he’s a good, check him out).

Regulate is an interactive workshop serving as an introduction to understanding how your brain and body talk to each other.

Through movement, play, breath, and mindfulness — you’ll learn to locate what you’re feeling in your body, create space for emotions to move through you, and reconnect with yourself in a way that actually feels good.

If you’re training consistently but still dealing with tightness, limitations, or recurring pain, it’s not always a strength issue.

A lot of the athletes we work with in Denver are already doing the right things, lifting, running, staying active, but something still feels off. What we often find is that it comes down to how the body is moving, not just how strong it is.

At Champagne Chiropractic, we focus on identifying movement restrictions, asymmetries, and compensation patterns that can limit performance or lead to pain over time. Instead of guessing, we use detailed movement testing, posture analysis, and muscle testing to understand what’s actually going on.

One of the biggest differences in our approach is that we don’t just assess this once. We track changes over time, so you can see measurable improvements in how your body moves, not just rely on how it feels day to day.

This approach applies across a wide range of athletes, from runners and weightlifters to snowboarders, skiers, and other active individuals here in Denver.

If you want to understand how movement impacts performance and what might be limiting you, we break it down further in our latest blog — link in bio!

If you’re ready to get out of pain and back to doing what you love, give us a call today!

POSING CLASS TODAY 🔥

All divisions. One mindset.
Bikini. Figure. Wellness. Physique. Classic. Bodybuilding. I coach them ALL.

But here's what matters more than the division you compete in — your MINDSET.
Getting stage ready isn't just about nailing poses. It's about:

✅ Embracing the discomfort of practice
✅ Trusting the process when progress feels slow
✅ Building confidence through repetition
✅ Showing up even when you don't feel ready
The stage rewards those who prepare — mentally AND physically.

You don't rise to the occasion. You fall to the level of your PREPARATION.

That's what we build in these sessions. Precision. Confidence. Stage presence.
Ready to take your posing to the next level?

📩 DM me. Let's work.
