29 years of choosing friendship with these beautiful ladies.

Today filled my heart by hosting my friends for lunch today. If you're lucky you find your people. Maybe they will walk into your life when you're 18 and you join the college marching band. And you spend 4 crazy years together, and then everyone moves all over the world, but your people stay your people. For 29 years and counting.

I'm one of the lucky ones. What we have is special, it's unique. And I can't imagine life without these friends in it. Thanks for coming today ladies, it was a perfect way to spend a Saturday! ❤️

(Swipe for the throwback picture of our last home game together in 1999, the culmination of 4 amazing years in the OMB. someday all 9 of us will be in the same place again!! )

💚💛 It’s a GREAT DAY to be an Oregon Ducks fan!! 💛💚 After 12 years, WE’RE BACK AT NUMBER 1! Shoutout to the entire Ducks Nation for keeping that spirit high all these years! Now it’s time for the NEXT anthem — check out my new video, inspired by the classic "I Love My Ducks," and let’s make this go viral like it’s 2009 all over again! Let’s keep the energy up, share the love, and show the world why we’ll always be Duck fans till the end! #GoDucks #OregonDucksFootball #LoveMyDucks #DucksFlyTogether 🦆💥

Soooo…along time ago (not really) I worked for the most amazing company (long story) and had a friend design a tattoo. Now since I personally don’t do tattoos because of probably some deep rooted commitment issues…but I digress…ok where was I… oh yeah…that company…I love those people like family and when I found this heart shape sea glass on my beach my good friend @MichaelStowe offered to make me a bracelet (where I would have probably put the tat anyways). So fast forward and I can’t wait to get it because it will remind me every day of those people I got to spend time with sweatin’ and bleeding blue. You know who you are. 💙💙💙🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️That was one helluva ride😊😊😊
