This year, we’ve served the hungry crowds at a range of events, including music festivals, at markets, in bars, on uni campuses and more. We started the year off the best way @suncyclefestival on New Years Day, kept students fed during O-week’s all around town, brought the Berlin vibe to @dkmntl Naarm, debuted at a bunch of vegan markets, celebrated food & footy for community well-being @reclinkcommunitycup, and popped up at our fave @beansbarmelbourne on Smith Street.
We have loads more in store for the rest of the year - find our Berlin-inspired döner kebabs (+ more) at an event near you!

Upcoming events:
Sat 31 Aug - Ministry of Sound TESTAMENT, The 90s Session @the_timberyard
Sat 7 Sep - Plant Based Paradise @pbasedp @fed.square
- Ministry of Sound TESTAMENT, The 00s Session @the_timberyard
Wed 11 Sep - Vegan Veg Out, Thornbury @welcometothornbury
Thurs 26 Sep - Vegan Veg Out, Southside @theveganvegout

Egyptian-Australian DJ and producer Moktar has crafted a distinct and compelling sound since the release of Silk, his 2021 EP on Steel City Dance Discs. Fusing elements of house and techno with sounds from traditional and contemporary Arabic instruments, he’s become a favourite among local and international audiences alike.

We caught up with @moktarmusic before he took to RA’s Body Heat stage at this year’s edition of @suncyclefestival.

I heard if you practice gratitude your brain cannot process any other emotions 🧘‍♀️
I’m grateful for:
- my Lisa Ho dress and the opportunity to wear it
- op-shop shoe success
- resting by the pool
- music, dancing, friends, salads, shrooms, going home before the crowds
- time with family and leftovers
- pals
- hot dogs and farmer’s markets
- lingerie
- smoked fish, blue rye potatoes and Sherry
- 🤡
