🚗 Brisket Adventure in Southwest Austin 🍖 Today, I’m back at Sundance Barbecue, a classic barbecue trailer at the corner of Circle Road and Thomas Springs. It’s been a few years since I’ve stopped by, but Mickey, the pitmaster and owner, hasn’t missed a beat. His brisket sandwich, topped with pickles and onions, is just as incredible as I remember. Sitting in my car in the middle of the Hill Country, sipping on a cold Dr. Pepper, and soaking in the peaceful scenery—it doesn’t get more Texas than this. If you’re ever out this way, do yourself a favor and check out Sundance Barbecue. Mickey knows how to do brisket right! Have you been to Sundance before? Let me know your go-to order! 🛻🔥 #SundanceBarbecue #TexasBBQ #BrisketSandwich #AustinEats #HillCountryEats #BBQTrailer #FoodieAdventures #TexasHillCountry #DrPepper #FoodInTheCar #ATXFoodScene #AustinEatsLocal #BarbecueTime #PicklesAndOnions #RoadsideEats #AustinBBQ #HillCountryLiving #SupportLocalBBQ #FoodieLife #TexasFoodie

The Vette looks great Mick! There was a lot of great cars at the “Pistons on the Square” car show in Georgetown.
