(SWIPE 👉) Yes, this is a real headline 🤣

Drake Maye was asked on Wednesday if he believed in any conspiracy theories, and he revealed that he is “skeptical” about the USA moon landing in 1969: “I don’t know about the moon, you know. I think I can see back in the day why we would put on the mask if we went there, but I’m not really sure 200% if we went there or not. I wouldn’t say I’m leaning one way or the other. I just know I’m a little bit skeptical.” (via WEEI)

On Thursday, Josh Allen also revealed his thoughts on the conspiracy: “The moon landing is up there [in conspiracy theories] for me. Still not quite sure if I believe that one whole-heartedly.” (via Kyle Brandt’s Basement)

NASA administrator Jared Isaacman took to X to respond to Maye’s comments: “I quite literally have the receipts.” 👀

Do you believe in the moon landing, or are you siding wotn Maye and Allen on this one?

(SWIPE 👉) Newly acquired Cowboys CB Joey Porter Jr. missed the first 3 weeks of the season with the Steelers with an apparent back injury, and was originally ruled out of Pittsburgh’s Week 4 matchup against the Browns on TNF before being traded to Dallas early Thursday morning.

Fast forward to today, JPJ has no injury designation and is expected to be a full go in his Cowboys debut against the Texans today. 👀😅

Case Keenum got us thinking… what other NFL vets are still doing it? This is who we were able to come up with 👉

Who did we forget? 🤔👇

(SWIPE 👉) The JJ McCarthy era has officially came to an end in Minnesota after just 10 games… and it’s safe to say it did not go as Vikings fans hoped 😭

Will Nine be able to turn his career around in New York?

(SWIPE 👉) We got OBJ back on the Giants, Aaron Donald back on the Rams, and now Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota are starting QBs. It’s really starting to feel like 2016 in the NFL this year 😭

(SWIPE 👉) The season hasn’t even started yet and the Falcons QB room already cannot stay healthy 😬:

Michael Penix: Will begin the season inactive as he still recovers from a torn ACL.

Tua Tagovailoa: Was named the starter for Week 1 before suffering an oblique strain in practice late this week, officially ruled out on Friday.

Cooper Rush: The next man up, reportedly experienced back spasm on Saturday ahead of the game but is still expected to be able to start on Sunday.

It’s already not looking good for Atlanta 😭

(SWIPE 👉) Tom Brady (retired for 3 seasons) has 14 300-yard passing games since Deshaun Watson’s last 300-yard passing game (Jan. 3, 2021)… being a Browns fan has to be a humiliation ritual at this point 😭

Did Watson deserve the QB1 job in Cleveland?

Nah there’s no explaining this one 😭

Are we rocking with Jameis Winston and Cam Skattebo’s new handshake? 😅

Generational meme from Penix 😭

The Falcons’ quarterback situation has become a genuine mess heading into the season. Tua Tagovailoa’s preseason debut against the Broncos was rough across the board, a fumble on just the second play from scrimmage, a botched snap, and an offense that could not get anything going in a 27-7 loss. For a player Atlanta signed hoping he could stabilize the position, it was not the debut anyone wanted to see.

The bigger issue is that this is happening entirely without Michael Penix Jr. even in the mix yet. Still working his way back from a torn ACL, Penix has not been cleared for full contact or 11-on-11 drills, meaning Atlanta doesn’t even know what version of him they will get once he’s healthy. Head coach Kevin Stefanski has been careful not to rush anything, but with Tua struggling and Penix’s timeline still uncertain, this quarterback competition remains one of the murkiest situations in the entire league heading into the regular season.
