International Women’s Day may have passed, but the message still matters.

Yesterday I was busy doing something I’m really proud of.
I spent the day working in maritime pipefitting, helping install some of the miles of piping that go into U.S. Navy submarines. ⚓

It reminded me how powerful it is to see more women stepping into trades that were once considered “men’s work.”

Women have always been innovators and builders. Some of the safety features we use in cars every day were created by women, like windshield wipers and rearview mirrors. The things that make driving safer and smarter started with women who had an idea and refused to be ignored.

Today women are in garages, shipyards, fabrication shops, construction sites, and machine rooms.

We’re welding.
We’re turning wrenches.
We’re pipefitting.
We’re detailing and building businesses.
We’re raising the next generation while doing it.

And we’re proving that skill, grit, and determination don’t belong to just one gender.

To the women out there getting their hands dirty and making space for the next generation in blue collar industries… I see you. Keep going. 🔧💪

Life lately has been nonstop—Fairview content, helping out at the garden & gift shop, detailing jobs, scheduling my own stuff, and still showing up at the gym to make those gains. Oh, and being a full-time mom on top of it all!

Sassi the Subaru almost came back to life… but nope, she said “plot twist!” Still, I updated my Square calendar so I can keep up with maintenance checks + details even without her.

We also had a super sweet pre-Easter/post-St. Patrick’s Day dinner with my boyfriend’s fam, complete with a mini egg hunt for Rosscoe. Such a good reset moment.

And now… my 30th birthday is in 2 days! Feeling strong, tired, focused, and super grateful for this season of growth.

Should I do a birthday photo dump or a mini vlog?
