It was a long day, but days like this remind us how grateful we are for the people, partnerships, and communities we get to work with every day.

And Wichita friends—we’re officially OPEN! 🎉 Stop by and see Julie at our beautiful new location. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Tonight, Yousef Jesri with Sundgren Realty & Auction came out to cheer on Hollyn Burtin at her t-ball game. It was such a simple but meaningful reminder that at the end of the day, we’re not just business partners, we’re friends who truly show up for each other and each other’s families.

We’re lucky work alongside so many great people, but what really stands out is the community that forms when people genuinely support one another whether it’s at a closing, a local event, or a t-ball field on a summer night. ⚾

Thank you, Yousef for cheering on Hollyn tonight and Great Job Hollyn!!

💙A Special Closing for One of Our Own💙

Every closing tells a story, and this one is especially meaningful to us.

Our own Jordan Burtin spends her days helping buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders navigate the closing process. She knows better than most what it takes to get a transaction across the finish line. This month, Jordan and her family found themselves on the other side of the closing table as they sold their home and purchased their forever home all in the same day!

This successful transition was the result of exceptional teamwork, communication, and dedication from everyone involved. As we often say, great closings happen when great people work together, and this transaction was a perfect example of that.

A special thank you to:
✨ Linda Baines Realtor, SunGroup Real Estate – Selling Agent on the sale of their home
✨ Kelsey Callaway Sundgren with Sundgren Realty & Auction – Listing Agent on the sale and Listing/Selling Agent on the purchase
✨ Brent Ehm with Click N Close Mortgage – Lender on the purchase
✨ The McCoy family – Sellers of the new home

Jordan, we are so proud of you and thrilled for your family. Thank you for all that you do for our clients and partners every day. Now it’s your turn to enjoy the excitement of your new home and all the memories that come with it.

Congratulations, Burtin family! 🏡✨
