Apparently I’m one to watch… so keep watching 😉

Very excited to be named the 2026 “One to Watch – Male” winner by @modernluxuryinteriors as part of their Real Estate Awards.

Atlanta real estate has given me one hell of a ride, and somehow it just keeps getting better.

A little glimpse into the chaos behind the scenes 😂

Our branding shoot day was filled with way more laughing, dancing, questionable poses, and general silliness than actual serious faces. And honestly, that’s exactly how we like it.

We’re so proud of what we create, but we’re even more grateful for the people behind it. Days like this are a good reminder that the best part of Everly is the team that makes it all happen. 🤍

Selling your house “as is” sounds simple… until everyone has an opinion!

I recently weighed in for a HouseCashin article about selling a home as-is in Georgia — specifically those tempting “we’ll buy your house FAST” offers.

My contribution to the conversation: slow down just a little. Shop around, ask questions, and make sure that quick closing isn’t costing you more than you realize.

Because “cash offer by Friday” sounds a lot less exciting if you left $50K on the table. 👀

From final walkthrough to forever 🔑💍

Yesterday, after touring their future home one last time, Richard got down on one knee and proposed to Kostanca at the front door of their new home.

Moments like this are a reminder that home is so much more than real estate. It is where life unfolds, where memories begin, and where families grow.

Watching a moment like this in one of Atlanta’s most architecturally special homes was something I will never forget. And today, we get to celebrate their official closing.

So grateful for clients who become dear friends and for @sundrycreativestudios for capturing it so beautifully.
