🔥I was doing my normal morning scroll through my instagram reels feed and was shocked at how many hacks, shortcuts, “smarter” solution videos I saw! 👀 Yet none of them actually provided anything really valuable or useful or groundbreaking! Some may work for you to a certain extent… others were just dumb! 👂So here is something that will ALWAYS WORK to create better reels! Focus on your people, make sure you are laser focused on who you serve and then dive deep on how you can serve them better. When you understand these things you will be able to create better videos! Reels that serves the needs of your person better. Improving your short-form videos is the best way to improve how your videos perform. 😢 Sorry not sorry but no hacks exist… even if they did they only work for a short time. BUT SERVING YOUR PEOPLE WORKS OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Are your videos serving your people or focusing on hacks? . . . . #videohacks #smartercontent #socialmediamarketing #socialmediastrategy #reelscoach #marketingonline #digitalmarketing #shortformvideo #videocoach #videoconfidence #hudsonvalleysocialmedia

🎬Show up as yourself in your short-form video because it is an incredibly powerful tool! What do i mean by this? Here are a few things this tool helps you do: 🔹Allows you to show up doing what you love to do 🔹Enjoy the reels creation process 🔹Love the time you spend in business 🔹Attract the right people to your business 🔹Repel the wrong people 🔹Save time in your business All of this because you are showing up as yourself, letting the world see you for who you are and powerfully holding space for yourself… So stop putting on the costume and the mask and pretending to be someone else… get out there and be yourself! . . . . . #socialmediamarketing #successonsocial #reelscoaching #reelscoach #videostrategy #showingupasyou #confidencecoachingforwomen #socialmediastrategy #hudsonvalleysocialmedia

🫵🏻Want to stand out on social media? Then SAVE THIS!!! 🦄Then you need to master your signature style, that thing that sets you apart from the masses! There are 8 major component of a signature style evenly split between who you are and what your client wants. 👀The first one is having a strong POV! This is the most important as it encompasses all the components of the Signature Style and will allow you to stand out based on the way you think about and speak about your topic! In order to have a strong POV you need a solid understanding of your brand, your ideal clients, and your values but also be willing to experiment with what connects with your audience and adjust accordingly! 💯The next two things are you must have a clear offer that offers something unique in the marketplace. Something they can not get anywhere else! 🎬 And since this Signature Style is something we are developing for our short form content you also need to have a unique spin on the way you create and deliver reels. It can change over time but look at people like @imdanthomas @pinksparrowsocial @brock11johnson when you see their reels you know they are theirs because of the signature style they have developed. The next three key components are all about your client, in order to have a successful signature style you CAN NOT lose sight of the needs of your client you need to understand: 1️⃣Who they are in life and in work 2️⃣What problems do they have that you can provide a unique and valuable solution for 3️⃣What is the desired outcome for them that you can help them reach with your solution! And then the final part of your signature style is that it needs to be easy for your client to consume, understand and put the advice your give in your reels into action! Nail these 8 things and you have a Signature Style for your short form content you can apply to all platforms and to other pieces of content! Need help showing up differently on social media… c’mon yall know that is what I am about and why I have my Signature Membership open until Friday! Want to learn more? COMMENT SIGNATURE! #contentstrategy #reelscoach #beuniquelyyou #signaturemembership #marketing

🔹2023 marked lots of changes on Instagram, almost too many as it felt like the app itself was having trouble keeping up! My favorite 2 updates of 2023 however are pretty epic updates including seeing watch time in reels analytics and sharing comments to stories! If you haven’t yet go try them out! Some of my wishes for 2024 include: 🎉Slowing down the pace of the updates 🎉Fixing the existing glitches 🎉Rewarding for original content and much more Oh and speaking of glitches and also to give credit where credit is due… this awesome template was created by @hey.summer.a but after trying theee times I gave up using the template and used her timing to create this reel!!! As a user what are some of the things you are hoping to see in 2024?

🌶️Unpopular opinion… 🌶️So are most of my opinions but, I am still here! ❗️Using pain points is almost essential for marketing because prospective clients have a problem they need solved. 👩🏾‍💼As a coach it is your job to guide your client from the place of pain to a place of happiness and the life after the darkness has lifted. ❓How will you be able to show them that you can guide them without at least showing them that you understand the darkness… 💣People won’t buy from you if you have not been through and solved the problem they are facing! 🔪So no you shouldn’t be stabbing prospective clients with their own pain points 🔪No you shouldn’t twist the knife to make the pain worse to get to the sale quicker But entirely ditching pain points is nonsense as long as we are trying to sell to humans! 🔹If you agree drop a 🐿️below! 🔹Disagree drop a 🔪 below! 🔹I am ready for the arguments. Let them begin! 🔹 🔹 🔹 #reelscoach #reelsstrategy #painpoint #buildingtrust #visibilitycoachforwomen #reelsvideo #hudsonvalleysocialmedia

⬆️ Showing up in short-form video is hard, some days harder than others! 💩And still other days when you feel like a pile of garbage nearly impossible! 🤯Then we add our limiting beliefs and need for perfection and boom that’s when it happens… 😖INSTANT VIDEO PARALYSIS😖 And the cycle of not posting begins… exactly where it started last time! 🤬Why do you (and I) do this? Because over time we are programmed to… because we don’t want to be the weirdo 🤪because the other kids will make fun of us! Because a teacher once told us our accent was “too thick” and nobody could understand us! Because your 👵 told you once to lose some weight to get a boyfriend! 🫣Whatever the reason we are slowly programmed to hide away what we create for fear of judgement! 🫣To think that we can always do better or there will be a perfect time for something… 🫣To doubt that what we did was good enough! 🫣Not feel proud about our accomplishments 🫵🏻And I know this is easier said than done but we need to regain our childlike exuberance about what we are doing. You need to know that you are more than enough! You are better than you give yourself credit for. You have so much you can offer this world! And you will change the world in ways you never thought possible! Just believe in yourself in the same way a 3 year old believes! So are you showing up like a 3 year old? Excited and proud of your work! If so drop a 3️⃣in comments!
