❌ Most people don’t ever sprint after their 20s. Here’s what you get back when you do!

1. Day one. Fast-twitch fibers fire up for the first time in years. Muscles you’d forgotten about wake up.

2. Day one. Your heart rate hits a ceiling no elliptical will ever take you to. That’s real conditioning, not cardio filler.

3. Week two. You recover faster between sessions. Your body is already adapting, and the afterburn keeps your metabolism elevated for hours after you finish.

4. Week two. You start leaning out without overhauling your diet. Few things torch fat as efficiently as all-out sprints.

5. Week three. You move differently. Walking, climbing stairs, changing direction: everything feels more powerful.

6. Week three. Your mind sharpens. Nothing in the gym demands more from your nervous system than a max-effort sprint.

7. Week four. Your physique starts to change. Glutes, hamstrings, and calves, the muscles lifting often misses, finally come online.

8. Week four. Your athleticism returns. Not just strength, but speed, reaction, and readiness.

9. Day 30. Your resting heart rate drops. Your body composition shifts. Your posture improves from all that hip extension.

10. Day 30. You understand why elite athletes in every sport still sprint. It’s the foundation everything else stands on.

Do this: 2 sessions a week. 6-8 rounds of 20-30 second all-out sprints with 2 minutes of rest between. Warm up well first. It’s simple but the results are anything but small.

The ’80s called. They want their masculinity back. We told them it’s already here. 🇺🇸⚡️

Short shorts. Questionable sunglasses. Loud colors. Big energy. Zero apologies.

Somewhere along the way, the world got a little too plain. Fortunately, @MACEnergy showed up looking like an ’80s action movie and fueled like it’s 2026.

Masculinity is making a comeback.
Patriotism is cool again.
Sungas are getting smaller.
Energy is getting cleaner.
And apparently nobody told me the Cold War ended.

Same warrior. Different era. 🔱🇺🇸 @macenergy

Masculinity is back. And somehow 2026 is starting to look like the best damn ’80s action movie ever made — except this one is real. 🇺🇸🔱

The greatest fighter of our generation teamed up with Navy SEALs, special operators and American patriots to build something together — and fuel a day like this with @macenergy.

Year 7 for me doing the NYC SEAL Swim, and this one was special.

100 Navy SEALs back together in New York City. Brothers, teammates and absolute BADASSES. Swimming past the Statue of Liberty on what has become one of the most patriotic days of the year in NYC.

We remembered the Americans murdered on 9/11. We honored our fallen brothers who gave the ultimate sacrifice. And we raised money for @beyondthebrotherhood, helping SEALs navigate one of the hardest missions many of us face — life after the Teams.

And seeing everyone out there wearing our Rocky @sungalife silkies while celebrating America’s 250th birthday was pretty damn surreal. 🇺🇸

Seven years of this swim, and it still hits me every time.

This year we brought some extra fuel.

MAC Energy. Special Operations. Patriots. America 250.

Surrounded by warriors. Honoring the ones who aren’t here. Supporting the ones still fighting.

Never Out of the Fight 💪🏻🔱
