POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This year brought many many challenges that forced me to face my fears. My self doubt intensified after receiving constant rejection in my field. But I found comfort in learning from those before me that rejection is part of the process.

Hearing the occasional "You're doing the work" from others would briefly lift my anxiety because I wouldn't believe it if I said it to myself.

I'm so grateful to my parents for taking my weekly anxiety-filled-crying phone calls telling me, "What you are doing is very difficult, but never give up!", for my friends who remind me "don't settle or give into your fear!", for my dream of a partner who holds my hand and lifts me back up to the stars when I'm feeling defeated.✨

What an inner battle this year has been. Now I'm looking forward at my future with hope and competence.

I was getting into that mindset again of fretting about what I haven't accomplished yet, what I don't have, and comparing myself to others. Now when those feelings come up, I see it as an opportunity to appreciate everything I ALREADY have....and there's a lot to be grateful for💚
