@earsplitterbooking presents 🖤 Sunless & Defacement Live in Ljubljana - 18 September 2026 at Menza pri Koritu 🔥🔥🔥

A night of uncompromising sonic extremity as @sunlessband (USA) and Defacement join forces for a rare performance in Slovenia. Fans of dissonant, atmospheric, and technically demanding extreme metal can expect an intense evening where chaos, precision, and crushing heaviness collide.

Hailing from Minneapolis, Sunless have carved out a distinctive place within the dissonant death metal scene through their intricate songwriting, constantly shifting rhythms, and immersive atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from genre-defining acts such as Gorguts and Ulcerate, the trio has earned praise for pushing the boundaries of extreme metal with releases including the EPs Urraca (2017) and Ylem (2021).

Sharing the stage will be @defacement_band, an international collective formed in Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 2019. Combining the haunting atmosphere of black metal with the brutality and technical precision of death metal, the band has developed a unique and unsettling sound. Featuring musicians from Libya, Italy, and several European countries, Defacement explores themes of psychological suffering, existential collapse, and emotional devastation, translating them into a powerful and immersive live experience.

If you're drawn to challenging, boundary-pushing extreme metal, this is a show not to be missed. Mark your calendar for 18 September 2026 and join us at Menza pri Koritu for an unforgettable night of dissonant death and black metal.

Tickets are already available via On-Parole 🎫

Headlined by two of Minneapolis’ most innovative extreme metal acts—the dissonant death metal mastery of **Sunless** and the mind-bending black metal chaos of **Kostnatění**—this bill promises to push the boundaries of heavy music.
Flanked by powerful local support from Fargo’s own **Antler** and **Vessels**, this is a must-attend ritual for fans of the technical, the atmospheric, and the downright oppressive. Space is limited in the venue, so get there early, grab a drink, and submerge yourself in the dark.
