HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR SOUND BATH QUEEN, CORI!! 🎉💕✨ @sunlunasage The woman responsible for getting all of us to finally lay down, be quiet, relax and forget about our problems for an hour. 😂🧘🏻‍♀️ If you’ve ever been to one of Cori’s sound baths, you know just how special they are. There’s something about the energy she brings into the room that makes you feel like you can finally slow down and just BE. And honestly, I think we all need a little more of that in our lives. Especially me because my brain never shuts up. 😂😭 Cori, thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with our BB girls and for creating a space where we can rest, recharge and take care of ourselves in a different way. Fitness isn’t always about sweating and pushing ourselves. Sometimes it’s about slowing down and giving ourselves permission to rest, and I love that you bring that to our studio. 🥹💕 I’m so grateful our paths crossed and that you’re part of our little BB family. We appreciate you more than you know! Wishing you the happiest birthday and a year filled with all the peace, love, happiness and good energy that you give to everyone around you. You deserve it all! 🩷✨ HAPPY BIRTHDAY CORI!! WE LOVE YOU! 🎂💕

Love notes from our Garden 🌱🤎 There is something sacred about witnessing what each person takes with them after moving through this journey. Our YTT was never created to simply teach yoga poses or prepare someone to lead a class. It was created as a space to explore. To question. To remember. To reconnect with body, land, community, and Self. And each cohort reminds us that while we may create the container, it is the people who enter it who bring the medicine. So grateful for these words and for every person who has trusted us to witness a piece of their becoming. Winter 2027 virtual YTT applications are now open Early bid: $1111 through October 31st. Come grow with us ✨

Okay but what IS a Sound Bath?! ✨ No, there’s no actual bath involved. 😭😂 You basically get comfy, lay down, close your eyes and listen while different instruments create calming sounds and vibrations around the room. You don’t have to meditate a certain way. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. And you definitely don’t have to be “good” at relaxing. 😂 You just SHOW UP and give yourself a little time to slow down. 🥹🤎 If you’ve never tried one, tonight is your chance! ✨ Sound Bath TONIGHT at 7:10pm with @sunlunasage 📍 Beastin Beauties Fit Studio | Women’s Fitness Studio in El Monte, CA Come relax with us. 💕

Over these past months, we returned to ourselves together. Through the ancient teachings of yoga, breath, herbalism, ritual, and embodied care, we remembered what has always lived within us. We laughed, cried, witnessed one another, and created the kind of kinship that reminds us we were never meant to do this alone. Thank you to each beautiful soul who said yes to this journey. It has been such an honor to witness your blooming, your courage, and the way you’ve stepped more fully into yourselves. A heartfelt thank you to each of our guest facilitators for sharing your medicine, your wisdom, and your unique gifts with our community. You helped weave something so special into this container. As this chapter comes to a close, we know it’s truly just the beginning. We can’t wait to witness all the ways you continue sharing your light, your gifts, and your care with the world. Thank you for trusting us, for trusting yourselves, and for reminding us that we truly thrive in community. 🌿🤎✨ . #gardenofself #200hrytt #bipocyoga #collectivecare #yogateachertraining
