Back in stock: the Sunmix Flat Line 30 and Flat Line 40. 🙌

The perfect mixer if you want a machine that runs on a standard UK three-pin plug (plug not supplied). They draw less than 13 amps, so you can run them in a normal domestic property. At no more than 85cm tall, they fit under a standard worktop, so they're super compact and easy to stow away when not in use.

• Flat Line 40: 4 to 40kg dough, up to 22kg flour
• 2.2kW single motor, 230V single phase
• Variable speed, 50 to 300 RPM

Meet the Sunmix Queen Line 60, Sunmix's flagship spiral mixer and fully automated from start to finish.

This one has the water doser, which adds a set amount of water programmed straight into your recipe on the touchscreen. Mix manually or run one of 12 programmable automatic recipes. Your team just adds the ingredients and presses play, and it mixes the dough and stops automatically at a set temperature, using its built-in infrared dough sensor.

Absolutely amazing for deskilling and reducing staff training, so you don't need dough experts on every shift.

60kg dough capacity, dual motors, variable 70 to 300 RPM spiral speed, 50 to 125% hydration, LED bowl light, and bowl reverse and jog. AVPN approved. Available in single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V.
