i know this workout video is cool… and don’s new single is even tougher !!! but this caption matters MORE ❤️‍🩹

- in a time where we’re all trying to show up as our greatest selves… setting goals, staying consistent, pushing to be better….. can’t lie, it’s hard sometimes. sometimes it feels wayyy too heavy to show up..
•
•

some days i don’t even want to pick up a device. then my mind goes straight to… but you’re not showing up, you’re not growing, you’re not disciplined enough to be a successful creator.
•
•

but what makes it even harder is waking up to timelines filled with trauma, fear, and loss. seeing stories about lives being taken, families torn apart, and constant violence… it can weigh on you. anyone would feel heavy from that. anyone could slip into depression just trying to process the world we’re living in rn. 🤢 #fuckice

i’m not here to speak politics. i’m here as a human with a heart who knows right from wrong. and a lot feels wrong right now.
•
•

so i’m here to say just to keep fighting back …not with hate, but with strength. fight for peace. fight for your people. fight for what you know is right.
they can’t stop us if we all come together 🥊🤍

- this one came from Mina 🫀🫀

december 27th 2022 is a day i still don’t understand… it’s the day you got called to another life, just a few days before our born day…. and it will never make sense… its been three years without you LE3 & i can truly say nothing is the same 🥲 most people don’t realize that my birthday is a season where gratitude AND grief must co exist … because although i have gained another year around the shinning sun, i am also reminded of all i’ve lost… since both of my birthday twin besties are united in the sky 🪽🪽 but it is in their memory i will keep going.. keep shinning…. and keep persevering no matter the storms & hurricanes…. because there’s a story that must be told, and it will be my honor to share the tale of the amazing people i had the chance to know.. to love…. so thank you again for all the time we shared here on this side… i know will see you on the other ONE 🩵🪽 • LONG LIVE LE3️⃣✨•

If I waited to “feel like it,” I’d still be stuck…..We move regardless. Greatness isn’t pretty … it’s consistency when no one’s watching. 🙌🖤🤞
