Check out this dreamy little field. There is no fee to visit but donations are always welcome. Follow them on Facebook for opening dates.

Visit this U-pick flower farm for a different experience from spring to fall. And yes, you can even pick your own sunflowers while taking pics along the way! Book online.

Dreamy venue only 1.5 hours east of Ottawa has a beautiful field of sunflowers. They also have plant sculptures, a labyrinth, a garden centre, lavender fields (in season) and photo after photo just waiting to be taken.

This farm grows sunflowers and sells the seeds but you can take a pic of these beauties from the side of French Hill Rd, west of Dunning Rd in Cumberland.

Join us and our friends at Fields of Gold on Thursday, August 20th for Pilates and yoga! Both forms of exercise promote physical and mental wellbeing, and remind us to breathe and to reconnect with our bodies.

Fields of Gold is located at 17650 Strathmore Road, Monkland, ON. Pilates will take place at 7:00 AM and yoga at 8:15 AM. Both sessions are taught by Franny Lariviere with Moonstone Yoga & Pilates!
