POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I know the advice is to wait and have your coffee after breakfast, and I know most of us are not doing that, myself included.

So here is what I changed instead, because for a long time my mornings were jittery and I was running to the bathroom and blaming everything except the obvious thing.

Now my coffee looks like this:

✦ Everyday Dose, which has less caffeine than regular coffee + adaptogens & amino acids @everydaydose

✦ 20g collagen protein @gardenoflife

✦ Everyday Dose coconut creamer with probiotics + my beloved nutpods creamer

✦ Sometimes Sun Potion Anandamide, their adaptogenic hot chocolate blend @sunpotion

And I never drink it first. I have a glass of water with a pinch of salt and lemon before anything else, so my body is actually hydrated and has some minerals in it before the caffeine arrives.

No more jitters, and a smooth log every morning, which is the kind of thing nobody puts on a graphic but everybody wants.

Would it be even better after breakfast? Yes.

Am I there yet? No.

But this shift alone changed my entire morning, and sometimes the next best step is the one you will actually take.

Save this if your coffee has been doing you dirty.

PS I have an Everyday Dose discount code in my bio ✨

The most accessible entry point into Rudolf Steiner’s teachings…anywhere, any place, at any time, hands down (and up).

NO reading material.
NO pre-requisities.

14 live sessions on zoom, all recorded and yours forever.

Built around a unique series of movement practices and live meditations offered by Edmund Knighton, PhD, inspired by the teachings of Rudolf Steiner, and hosted by Be Here Farm + Nature founder Jared Pickard.

If you have ever had a spark of curiosity around Steiner’s work, we created this program for you.

And we priced it where we did to answer the following question:

What happens if we remove the barriers to entry between people and the fruits of Rudolf Steiner’s work?

Enrollment is OPEN NOW, link in bio @beherefarm.

We are holding a Preparatory Session for all enrolled members on June 11th, however, enrollment will remain open until our first movement session on July 2nd.

Suitable for all adults seeking community-supported self mastersy, growth and transformation in all areas of life simultaneously.

Part 1: Prepare the Opening of the Body and Senses — Tonics & Elixirs

Some rituals begin with smoke. Others begin with what we choose to nourish ourselves with beforehand.

Before lighting resin, we often find ourselves reaching for small things that help signal slowness to the body. A warm tonic. A grounding tea. An elixir that softens the edges of the day and prepares the senses to arrive more fully into the moment.

As part of our Mama Loux Ritual Companion series, we’re sharing a few tonics and elixirs we genuinely enjoy alongside ritual practice and sacred pause. These are not sponsored, simply offerings we’ve personally found comforting, grounding, and supportive.

Featured companions:
• Iron Goddess of Mercy loose oolong from @rishitea
• Wheel of Fortune tea from @clubmagichour
• Golden Sun Milk from @animamundiherbals
• Reishi from @sunpotion

Part 1 is now live on our website, with more ritual companions and thoughtfully gathered offerings still to come.

Thank you to these beautiful brands for creating products that invite warmth, presence, and intention into everyday life.

HORMONE-BALANCING CHOCOLATE ELIXIR SMOOTHIE proves that wellness and indulgence can coexist. Each thoughtfully chosen ingredient works together to stabilize blood sugar, support sustained energy, and help regulate stress, all while tasting like a rich, decadent cacao treat. It’s one of my favorite creations because I can feel the difference almost instantly, and I love knowing that I am supporting my body with every sip!
