Too often, young female athletes are told to run faster or play harder, but aren’t given the physical foundation to support those demands safely.

Strength training is one of the most effective tools we have to:
- Bridge the gap between skill practice and peak athletic capacity.
-Reduce the risk of non-contact injuries.
-Instill confidence that translates far beyond competition.

3 spots just opened left with our Sunday crew.

We compete, but we also elevate each other to be better.

Beyond grateful to coach kids who show up with this kind of attitude and work ethic every time they step in the building. 💯

Most athletes spend the entire off season getting faster, stronger, and more powerful...

Then the season starts and the weight room and sprint work slowly disappear.

By mid season, the qualities they spent months building are fading.

You don’t need to train like it’s the off season during the season.

But you do need to keep giving the body enough exposure to maintain what you built.

Resistance Training

The dose changes. The exposure doesn’t.

Training in season isn’t about building everything from scratch.

It’s about maintaining the engine while you spend your time competing.

Built through discipline, sharpened by life, and driven by a standard most people will never understand. I don’t need to prove who I am, I just keep showing up and becoming harder to stop. 🙏

There is so much more to it!

When you strip away the barbell numbers and sprint splits, what’s actually being trained is emotional regulation under fatigue, accountability to teammates, and how an athlete responds when their plan falls apart in front of everyone.

Teaching an athlete to step into hard effort, carry an unshakeable standard, and lift up the person next to them changes who they are when they walk out the door.
