Idlewild week with the fam was the best.

I don’t really want to speak much in how I played because it didn’t feel like this week was about disc golf in itself. I feel like it was about the people I spent time with, whether it be a quick conversation, an autograph, or staying up late conversing with the people closest to me. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Thanks @natewickander and @esthermercy_05 for making the drive up. I feel so supported ❤️ y’all are the best.

Shoutout to my sponsors for believing in me

I unfortunately had to DNF from the Green Mountain Championship during the third round. I had some back pain that started on Wednesday warming up for match play, but was only slightly bothersome until hole 2 round 3 when it flared up and was causing a lot of discomfort and pain. I’ve never had to drop from a tournament before so it was heartbreaking to say the least especially with all of the extra points at stake. I’ve been resting and my back is feeling a lot better. I hope to return this upcoming week at MVP.

Regardless of the circumstances I had the best week I could imagine in Vermont with my best friend @sunshine_rh

Thanks to all of my sponsors who supported me me through thick and thin

MLB All Star Game 🌟

Sometimes god gives you what you’ve been praying for, just not always in the way you asked for it. God humbles us and gives us what we need, not always what we want. I am so grateful and honored to have been apart of this process with @iamtiarivera @fatima_noir @iamdjdubz

Thank you @fatima_noir for trusting me as your “Dance Captain” and allowing me to get to experience the magic of what goes on behind the scenes. I have been dying to work with you for years and that dream has finally come true! Watching you work and being in your presence alone is so inspiring, and I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to just be in the room and soak it all in.

Thank you to my big sister @iamtiarivera you already know how much love, respect, and admiration I have for you, but boy did that increase tenfold after this job! Watching you assist and be of service to Fatima in the same way that I am for you was such a humbling and inspiring experience. I have learned so much from you, and most of who I am as a woman today has been inspired by you. Not only are you an amazing mentor, but you’re a tough one, and I can confidently say over the last 10 years you have never just “handed” me an opportunity; everything I’ve earned has been through blood, sweat, and tears, which has made this job that much more of an honor, and even more rewarding. Thank you for being my role model and helping shape me into the dancer and woman I am today. I love you x1000000🤍

Thank you @iamdjdubz I’m so glad we finally got to work together after all these years. I loved watching the behind the scenes process and seeing how the 3 of you together truly are the dream team.🌟 Thank you for your words of advice and encouragement.
I can’t wait to work with you all again soon! ✨

When I tell you what’s for you will never miss you… I MEAN THAT! God always has a plan in motion, trust it… trust HIM. I’m still processing everything that’s happened in the past few months but you all know that if I’m M.I.A. it’s usually because I’m cooking up something lol. I want to say a HUGE thank you to my sister from another mister, @iammoniquelauren for trusting and believing in me always 🥹. We went from The BET Awards, to Hollywood Squares, to the MLB All-Star Game and it was wild, crazy, fun, exciting and everything in between. Did we even sleep?! 😅🤪. Thank you for affording me the creative space to work alongside you as your Assistant Costume Designer, I cannot wait to see what God has next for us.

To our amazing team and the many hands and hearts that came together to make this show a success, thank you! I couldn’t have asked for better or more talented people to collaborate with! Thank you for bringing our vision to life, for rolling with the punches and enduring the hiccups. Y’all are my rock, I love y’all soo much 🥹.

To Jesse, Dionne, JCE & the MLB, thank you for allowing us to play and create, I hope we made y’all proud!

To Ludacris, Jermaine Dupri, DJ Infamous, & Kane Brown… thank you for giving us the opportunity to make y’all look good! To the incredible group of dancers who made our costumes shine, thank you! I hope each of you felt as beautiful as you looked. Y’all ATE.
