📍Hotel Sunstar Klosters Most family hotels are designed for the kids. The parents just come along. This is a place where all of us actually had a beautiful holiday 😊 🏔️ The room
Mountain views straight out of the window, and the kind of quiet you only get in a valley like this one. 🥂 The lounge
Genuinely exquisite, and this is the part that surprised me most: we sat there with a drink and something to eat while our daughter played around us. 🎮 And if they’d rather not sit still
There’s a games room, a playground and a big garden, which means a proper break for the parents is actually possible without anyone feeling guilty about it. 🔥 Thursday is barbecue night
Grilled everything, inside or out on the sun terrace with the mountains right in front of you. If you can plan a stay around one evening, plan it around this one. 🏊 The pool
A 10 m indoor pool, a sauna and a quiet relaxation room. 🐕 They love dogs
Ours came with us and got his own welcome waiting in the room. Small thing, and it tells you everything about how this place thinks. Add this hotel to your list next time you’re in the area 📍 Sunstar Hotel Klosters, Graubünden All photos mine 🤍 I test family trips, hotels and gear in Switzerland and post the honest version. Prices, ages, what works and what doesn’t. Which one would sell it for you, the barbecue , the pool or the lounge? Stay hosted by @davosklosters @sunstarklosters

@madrisatrail was a blast 🤩 24 km, about 1400 meters in elevation, including a vertical climb at km 20 😅 I’m quite happy with my 03:50 finish time, especially with these insane temperatures. Really well organized event, super supportive crew at the aid stations and a stunning course. Also a big thanks to @sunstarklosters for the really nice stay and transport to the start line 🤍

If you’re travelling Switzerland with little kids, this is the hotel I’d book again in a heartbeat. 🇨🇭❤️ Because travelling with a toddler is a bit of a lottery ticket — you never really know if you’ll get the good moments or the meltdowns, and in a brand-new place, a few tantrums are almost guaranteed. My daughter was no exception 🫣. During our stay at Sunstar Hotel Klosters she went from over-the-moon happy to full-blown tantrums (yes, plural 🤫). And that’s exactly why this hotel won our hearts. Everyone — from the kitchen staff, to reception, to the lovely couple running the hotel — was so warm with her. They played with her, they engaged with her, they tried to make her smile in every single moment. 🥹 Since becoming a mom, a hotel stay isn’t about what I get anymore. It’s about how my daughter feels — and whether the staff seem bothered, or, like here, genuinely happy to have her around. 🤍 So if you’re planning the Swiss Alps with your family, book this one with your eyes closed. I’ll share more about the hotel and everything they offer soon — but I wanted you to know this part first, while the feeling is still warm 🥰🫶🏼. Sunstar Hotel Klosters — thank you for everything ❤️. We’ll be back. Save this for your family trip to Switzerland 📌 *paid collaboration with @sunstarklosters @davosklosters #sunstarklosters #klosters #familytravel #switzerlandwithkids #travelwithkids

A year ago I was figuring out how to hike with a baby and embracing the postpartum journey. Today I’m drinking champagne on a hotel terrace in Davos on my birthday during an incredible collab 🤩❤️🎂 Life is wild. And I don’t say that lightly. Massive thank you to @davosklosters and @sunstarklosters for these unforgettable days and more generosity than I knew how to handle. I almost cried more times than I’d like to admit 🥹🩷 Since becoming a mom, everything changed — my priorities, my dreams, what drives me. I never imagined this would be part of the journey. But here I am. And I’m not taking a single second of it for granted. More from this trip is coming. For now, I’m still pinching myself. 🫣❤️

Wow - already over 25 partners are on board for the 30 Swiss Summit Challenge. I am deeply grateful for the trust and enthusiasm this project has received. At first glance, it looks like a sporting challenge. But behind the scenes, there are so many threads to pull together to make this actually work - logistics, partnerships, timing, organization. What makes this project truly special are the people. The conversations I have had. The ideas that have already emerged. I am excited - for the opportunity to share the journey up each of the 30 summits. And that is open to everyone. #30ssc

Winter in Klosters has a certain elegance to it🇨🇭 Long mountain runs, crisp alpine air and panoramic views that make you linger a little longer at the top. The kind of skiing that reminds you why the Alps never go out of style. And when the day in the mountains comes to an end, few places feel better to return to than Sunstar Hotel Klosters. Warm, refined and perfectly placed in the heart of the village, it is the kind of stay that makes winter in Klosters feel complete.

High above the valley, winter in Davos Klosters unfolds in wide alpine landscapes and long days on skis. Slopes that stretch across the mountains, quiet moments between the peaks, and the kind of views that make you want to stay out just a little longer. Back down in the village of Klosters, the day slows down again at @sunstarklosters Perfectly located for exploring the mountains of Davos and Klosters, it is an ideal base for long days in the snow and relaxed evenings afterwards. #switzerland #skiing #swiss
