Yesterday nine people were attuned as level 1 reiki practitioners. I didn't take a single photo. I didn't think of it. Not of their certificates, of the room, or a group photo. A student even asked if she could share on social media and I STILL didn't think to capture a photo. Photos are to help preserve memories of a moment. A breath in time. I am IN the moment. Living this breath in time. For this is the one moment we truly have this energy, this feeling. #reiki #attune #moment #breath #love

🎓 Meet alumna career panelist Lindsay Stanislowsky! After spending eight years managing two restaurants in Saratoga, Lindsay discovered her passion for helping others. She began as an activity director at an assisted living memory care facility and was promoted to Memory Care Director just eight months later. Today, Lindsay serves as a Program Manager for the Alzheimer's Association, Northeastern NY and credits her child and family services major at SUNY Plattsburgh with helping her develop "time management, organizational skills, and relationship building with community partners." Lindsay is also a proud graduate of @sunyadk proving you can 'go far, right here.' Read Lindsay's bio and join us Monday for a deeper dive at our 5th annual alumni career panel: www.bit.ly/SPAQPanel Lindsay Headshot

POV we sold out classes faster than I could get fliers out😎 If the fliers aren’t for canvassing, they’re for paper maché! A lil arts & crafts is good for the brain. There’s still space in a couple of my classes this semester; including Automatic Noodle CRN 10122✨ Join the fun, 🔗 in bio✨
