Last week mom and I headed to Japan, her place of birth and first visit in over 60 years! We’ve already done so much, lots of walking, bowing, temples, and of course, food 🍱 🍜 🍣 we only got separated twice, in a busy train station and another when I got lost hiking lol 👺 @superbeecee

Excited to announce that this portrait was not accepted into the Schaefer portrait challenge for 2022 🤪 in all honesty I had 3 years to create it and true to form I finished it in the 3 days leading up to the deadline. At least I have a painting of “My Mom!” (regular show anyone) and I think it’s great anyhow. Love you @superbeecee ♥️
