Three SuperBee Kitchen Towels, one week of kitchen spills, and no detergent. 🐝

Just the Hexawash pouch in with the towels, cold water, 30 minutes. The stains came out and they're ready to use again.

Would you ditch the detergent?

Is SuperBee vegan? Honest answer: not all of it. 🐝

Not vegan:
• Everything with beeswax — our wraps, rolls and bags. They're made of beeswax, organic coconut oil, tree resin and GOTS-certified organic cotton.
• Our wool dryer balls — 100 % unbleached New Zealand sheep's wool.

Vegan:
• Dentos toothpaste tabs
• Our dental floss — coated with candelilla, a plant wax, instead of beeswax
• Hexawash
• The luffa sponges — luffa plant plus organic cotton

So why beeswax at all? Ours comes from a beekeeping cooperative a few minutes from our workshop near Chiang Mai, with hives on farms that don't use pesticides. Bees build extra comb outside their frames — that surplus is what gets harvested, not their home. The colony keeps working and simply builds more.

If you live vegan, you now know exactly what fits. 🌱

🇩🇪 Ist SuperBee vegan? Ehrliche Antwort: nicht alles.

Nicht vegan:
• Alles mit Bienenwachs — unsere Tücher, Rollen und Beutel. Sie bestehen aus Bienenwachs, Bio-Kokosöl, Baumharz und GOTS-zertifizierter Bio-Baumwolle.
• Unsere Trocknerbälle — 100 % ungebleichte neuseeländische Schafwolle.

Vegan:
• Dentos Zahnpasta-Tabs
• Unsere Zahnseide — mit Candelillawachs, einem Pflanzenwachs, statt Bienenwachs
• Hexawash

Wenn du vegan lebst, weißt du jetzt genau, was passt.

Spills happen. Especially in our house. 🐝

Grab a SuperBee Kitchen Towel off the roll, wipe it up, then into the wash, not the bin. Snap a clean one back on and you're ready for the next spill.

Would you make the swap from paper towel?

Toothpaste, minus the tube.

Chew one Dentos tablet, brush with a wet toothbrush, rinse. That's it.

Spearmint, vegan and fluoride-free, and they come in a jar, not a tube you throw out.

Would you swap?

What's actually in a Dentos tab? Eight ingredients, straight from the tin. 🐝

1. Sorbitol — a sugar alcohol made from plant starch. Gives the tab body and a mild sweetness.
2. Mannitol — also a sugar alcohol. Keeps the tab firm and stable.
3. Sodium coco-sulfate — a mild surfactant made from coconut oil. That's the light foam.
4. Spearmint oil — the taste. Fresh, but milder than peppermint.
5. Silicon dioxide — fine silica, the gentle polishing agent.
6. Menthol — the cool, fresh feeling after brushing.
7. Magnesium stearate — a pressing aid. Without it, the tab would crumble.
8. CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) — from plant cellulose. Chewing turns it creamy.

What's not in it: fluoride, titanium dioxide, talc, gluten. Whether you want fluoride is your call — if in doubt, ask your dentist.

All eight explained in detail: superbee-europe.com/dentos-ingredients 🌱

🇩🇪 Was steckt eigentlich in einer Dentos-Tablette? Acht Zutaten, direkt von der Dose.

Three foods we used to throw out: half a lemon, the end of a loaf, and a block of cheese.

The lemon halves get a wrap each, the loaf goes in a beeswax bag so it stays fresh, and the cheese gets a bag too, so no sweating and no slime.

It's World Food Day. What does your house throw out most?

One wrap roll, five jobs: half a lemon, a bowl, a sandwich, a block of cheese and a loaf, each piece cut to the size you actually use.

Wrap rolls are $25 until the end of October. Link in bio.

What would you cut yours for?

Your fridge, sorted. 🧀🥑

Which wrap goes on what? The short version:

Small, 20 x 20 cm: cut fruit and veg, half an avocado, a lemon half, small bowls.
Medium, 26 x 26 cm: cheese, sandwiches, medium bowls.
Large, 33 x 33 cm: salad bowls, big leftovers, a loaf of bread.
The roll, 33 x 90 cm: cut exactly the piece you need, right up to a whole tray.

When in doubt, size up. A wrap that is clearly bigger than the food overlaps and sticks to itself.

Two tricks: lost the lid of a jar? Stretch a wrap over it. Feta and mozzarella stay in their brine, with the wrap on the bowl as the lid.

One exception: raw meat, fish and egg never go in a wrap. A wrap only gets a cool rinse.

Small, medium and large come together in the Beeginner set. Link in bio. 🌿

Zwei Tricks: Deckel vom Glas verschwunden?

Can a beeswax bag hold water? No.

We filled one and it dripped, a lot. It's waxed cotton, made to let food breathe, which is what bread and veg want. It isn't waterproof and it isn't for soup.

We'd rather you heard that from us than found out with a bag of leftovers.

What should we test next?

Five questions before your first Dentos tab. 🐝

1. How many? One tab per brush.
2. Does it foam? Yes — chew it and a fine, mild foam builds up, thanks to a coconut-based foaming agent. Then brush as usual and rinse.
3. Do I need water? At home, a slightly damp toothbrush does the job. On the go it works without water, too.
4. Carry-on? Yes. The tabs are solid and leak-proof, so they don't count as liquids.
5. How long does it last? 14 tabs: 5 to 7 days. 100 tabs: 1 to 2 months. 500 tabs: around 8 months.

The taste is fresh spearmint. Vegan and fluoride-free, in case you were wondering.

🇩🇪 Fünf Fragen vor deiner ersten Dentos-Tablette.

1. Wie viele? Eine Tablette pro Putzen.

Day 3 of the herb test.

Parsley and basil: one of each in a beeswax bag, the other two exactly how they came from the shop.

So far there's not much in it, and all four still look fresh. Day 10 is where we'd expect to see a difference, and we'll show you whatever we find.

Still backing your pick?
