Back at it, because diabetes is the gift that keeps on giving 🙄 learned that neuropathy isnt just for feetz, its for… wherevs! My right shoulder, yay! Been rehabbing for months. Very strange relearning how to use your own arm. So, remember kids- watch your glucose! Shout out to the smart folks @omnipod ! The beep boop stuff on me isnt ai, its their insluin delivery system. Waterproof, replaceable and works with @dexcom glucose monitors. Amazing. Its given me the freedom to stay active and finally wrap my mind around proper glucose control. Definitely worth the effort to get it prescribed! 💪🏊‍♂️✌️ #swimming #fitness #diabetes #diabetic #workout #socal #dexcom #omnipod #healthy #everyday

#tbt for ya. Fun fact: I used to be almost 100lbs more to love. Yea. Haven’t been in many years, that’s whole other story. Shoutout to my @brainjolt fam! Find the happiness in what you do and who you are and you’ll never get sucked into negativity. The holidays can be a tricky time for those of us with depression and anxiety. I send a special love bomb to you. Join me in making social media a place to celebrate yourself and others, not to “hate like” or my fav… “death scroll” 😳 keep the people who treat you well and with love in your life- shed and run from those who abuse, bring you down, etc. let’s make 2022 the year it should be- amazing, not dread. Friday’s comin!! ✌️❤️

For mental health awareness month I promised myself I’d share- which is NOT my thing. Someday I’ll share my story, but for now- believe me when I say depression, anxiety and all other forms of mental illness are real and debilitating. Take care of you. Tomorrow is another day. Today is a gift, and there are so many people that love and appreciate you. You are not alone. Let it in ❤️❤️🙏❤️❤️ #love #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #selfcare #happiness #awareness #togetherness #🙏
