New mix out filled with bumpers spanning deep/tech house mixed with some garagey flavours, with a cheeky unreleased at the end 😎 Been in the zone on the production side of things for a while now, but just hitting record and mashing tunes together is what I could do for hours on end. Expect more mixes from me in between releases ✌️ Link in bio! • • • • • #house #deephouse #techhouse #garage #vinyl

👁️ Distributed by One Eye Witness ~~~ Uplink – Sporting Audio | Superflux (SFLX002) After a sold out first release, NY’s Superflux is back for Round Two with a debut release from arguably the most unsung hero of the Midwest underground. Uplink is a [REDACTED]-based hardware specialist known for their work running a series of labels and organizing parties that have helped define the region’s sound for more than a decade. Crafted using time-honored tools of the trade, these four dubby, tracky, and raw cuts – lifted from live stereo board recordings – will sit comfortably alongside releases from STL, Skudge, and MRSK. The A1, Audio Sport, is a dubby groover with almost-steppy hats and bit of bite; a reverb-drenched lattice of delayed pads bends your sense of time and space until you realize you’re 12 hours into the warehouse function and someone’s just thrown a piano off the roof. A2, Blue Untitled, is a deep stomper reminiscent of the early WAX records. A big & shifty bassline turns this into a true head-nodder. B1, Temporary Machine 1, is a more subdued dubbed-out tech house cut anchored on a rolling bassline and flanked by dusty percussion and prescriptive stabs. Proper warm up tackle or hazy after-afters fodder: the choice is yours. Connoisseurs of a fine B2 rejoice – this one is it. Dokta is a moody, tripped out late night techno affair with a dash of bounce for good measure. All that hisses is gold. Written by Colin Boardway Pre-orders & full snippets on www.one-eye-witness.com

“Windows Down Mix” out now on my SoundCloud! I recorded this at the beginning of March while daydreaming about warmer weather. Now that the sun’s out it feels right to share it. Enjoy!

This is our first full year wrap-up . . . Thanks for sticking with us! It’s been a really packed 2025—along with publishing articles 24/7, we hosted and moderated panels, curated an exhibition, started two monthly event series, threw parties, etc etc etc. This is a highlight post of just some of what IMPULSE has done this year—we thank all who attended and made our time together extra special 🌞 The team that made it happen: @x_jenny_wang @jubes_bb @the_dollhouse_window @anoushkabhalla.studio @victoriareshetnikov Special thanks to the photographers that captured us in the limelight: @cy_4nide @flaneur_shan @orliewhite And a deep thank you to the many spaces and artists that hosted and collaborated with us. You are the fabric 💋 P.S. IMPULSE Forum wrapped coming soon xoxo

Warming up my own parties is one of my favourite things to do and last Friday I warmed up the 'In The Pocket' launch party at @clubcheek in Brixton. The club's sound system is so good, I played stuff that I felt would give it a proper workout. I was made up with the result. Fresh music from @michaeloswellgraphicdesigner @nuevoprohibido @gent1esoulofficial @sweater.on.polo @dorisburgbg @efra.im @superflux.nyc @leeon_elo @hakeem_irl @mitch_von_arx @stephenhowe @mattiaselmansouri The 🔵 image is a photo I took while @joemilli_ was playing - the hazer got a bit out of hand and visibility dropped to 0%. For a while we were in the rave afterlife 😶‍🌫️ I wrote about the party - and throwing parties in general - here: buttondown.com/joedelon Thanks Joe, @moprobs, @sampv____ and everyone who came down to dance.
