Engaging in physical activity can boost your energy levels, ENHANCE your mood, and increase your productivity in your everyday life. Also fitness is not just about looking good( I say this because comparison can come at the stage of working out JUST to look good). But also remember fitness is about feeling good and living longer. A problem always has a solution and as human beings we can fix whatever we put our mind too. The S.O.O.N®️ brand had the pleasure to meet Amanda and it was a joy to hear her passion. She grew up in a loving environment and chose a hobby that brought purpose to her life. Listen to her tone and comprehend the true message she is providing to the world through her passion. Her purpose is hers and she is owning it each and everyday. Her adversity is hers and she has ACCEPTED to fight through it and ENHANCE each and everyday. We grow superior to our nothing once we hone into the obstacles and enjoy the process of getting better. It was a pleasure to capture the message within another human being walking on earth. The Worldwide brand S.O.O.N®️ have over a Billion people that it needs to reach and shoot a commercial for because #SUPERIOROUTOFNOTHING is YOU. Thank you Amanda for sharing your light to the world. Be You & Just Groov 👍🏾✨ #Inspiration #lifelongjourney #EnhanceYourNothing #SuperiorOutOfNothing #motivation #Story

1st thought was that this pandemic turned me into a humanitarian & an activist, but ACTUALLY, growing up in a country & world that is crippled by racism turned me into a humanitarian & activist. Go march, sign petitions, donate, email state officials (they work for you), spread social awareness, work at polling locations, learn, educate yourself, use your voice, STAND FOR SOMETHING, but most importantly, thank the 1s that came before us, and clear a path for the 1s that will come after us. Me & my future wife wouldn’t be planning our lives together if it wasn’t for activists (Loving 1967), and we thank them. Do something in this lifetime that the next generation will be proud of and will be thankful for. The day you remain quiet about things that matter is the day your life begins to end & If you are neutral in the times of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppresser. You have 2 options in this life & You’re either part of the progress or you’re part of the problem. The choice is yours. 🖤✊🏾#BlackLivesMatter #BLM #NoJusticeNoPeace #JusticeForGeorgeFloyd #BreonnaTaylor
