Hello there

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

July was a great month! Had a visit from Josh and Lorenzo, went to @pbrcanada (professional bull riding) with our Kelowna kids and @shawneerose_ and sort of with @a.n.wyatt boat days - even one with my Tales and Teacups book club girls! Got to watch @ter.ntops perform and got stuck in the elevator… let’s enjoy the last month of summer!

Is there anything better than a stack of fluffy pancakes drenched in warm maple syrup? 🥞🍁 At Sunny’s, we serve ours with butter and locally loved Love Home Farm maple syrup. Want to take things up a notch? Add Okanagan fruit, mascarpone, or crispy bacon… or keep it classic like this guest did—just syrup, and lots of it. 😍

Come get your pancake fix. We’re flipping ‘em fresh and fluffy Thursday - Tuesday fro 7:30 - 3:00 pm.

FORM CHECK: Hip thrusts✅

A staple exercise for the glute gains so let’s make sure we are doing them right👀

❌BAD FORM❌

- feet not positioned correctly leading to less glute engagement
- heels lifting off the ground leading to less power and support
- ribs breaking open from head facing up
- anterior pelvic tilt
- poor range of motion

✅FORM CHECK✅

- feet planted directly below your knees for the best support - think like you’re making a table with your body
- feet stay down driving up through the heels for more glutes
- eyes forward and chin tucked down for a safe back and core
- posterior pelvic tilt
- full range of motion
